The home has a private 2 car garage; 1 Queen Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor, and an open kitchen/living room with the coziest couch and views of the ocean on the 3rd floor. The perfect area to relax with the ocean breeze coming in through the balcony, or cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen or grill in the balcony with ocean views. This home is the perfect retreat and it’s all private to you with your own personalized check-in code. There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. This home has been completely remodeled and designed to create a luxurious vibe in the buzzing Venice beach town.

Free-spirited Venice Boardwalk is the site of funky shops, street performers and colorful murals. There’s also a skate park and Muscle Beach outdoor gym. Abbot Kinney Boulevard features foodie hot spots, stylish boutiques and coffee bars. A picturesque enclave of canals is surrounded by modernist homes.



One of the remarkable aspects of Venice Beach is the sense of freedom and self-expression that permeates the atmosphere. This is an easy neighborhood to get around by walking, cycling, driving, and taking electric scooters. We have three beach cruisers available for you that are complimentrary and only available for use upon receipt of signed bike waivers. Please take bike locks with you.

This home features 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground level, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the second level, and the kitchen/dining/living area with ocean views on the third level. The fireplace is for design purposes only and not functional.



Important Details:



Check-In Process: Prior to arrival, all guests complete check-in forms for a smooth process. Optional third-party insurance covers property damages and conducts background checks, ensuring privacy and convenience.

To protect both guests and homeowners, we complete a quick verification before sending check-in details.



Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to safeguard your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

House Rules:



Quiet Hours: From 9pm to 8am, maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Please note occasional noise from the vibrant beach town nearby.

No Events or Loud Music: NoiseAware smart home devices monitor noise. Parties or excessive noise will result in eviction and reservation cancellation.

Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.

Pet Policy: A $350 cleaning fee applies for pets. Pets must not exceed 25 pounds or be on furniture. No cats allowed.

Unauthorized pets will result in:

 • A minimum $500 pet violation fee

 • Plus any additional deep cleaning, damage, or remediation costs required



Checkout: Late checkout fees apply unless pre-arranged with your host.

Feedback and Reviews: Feedback is invaluable, but violations of rules or policies forfeit the opportunity to leave public reviews.



• Safety equipment: Do not remove, cover, disable, or tamper with any smoke detectors or carbon-monoxide detectors. Tampering with life-safety devices is illegal and may carry fines up to $10,000. Any tampering will also result in immediate cancellation without refund plus the cost of repairs and associated fees.

• No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or burning incense or candles is not permitted inside the home at any time. Evidence of smoking will incur a smoke-remediation fee in addition to cleaning and any damages.

• Extra cleaning: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively dirty. Examples include confetti or glitter, heavy staining, unattended trash or food waste, spills on rugs or upholstery, or excessive sand. Fees vary based on the condition and time required to restore the home.



Booking Policies:



Guests under 30 are subject to approval or cancellation for safety.

Guests with insufficient reviews or low ratings may also be reviewed.

Long-Term Stays:

For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will be scheduled to help keep the home fresh and comfortable.



Booking this home implies agreement with house rules. Guests assume liability for personal injuries and acknowledge the host is not responsible for items left behind. Team entry requires 12 hours’ notice for necessary maintenance.
