The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a convenient covered entry. The sparkling pool will be a favorite place to spend the day, with a privacy fence and plenty of chaise loungers. An enclosed outdoor shower will greet you after a day of fun in the sun.

The second floor of this home will bring everyone together in the spacious and attractive open-concept living area. Hardwood floors and an abundance of windows provide lots of natural light and a beach vibe. The well-appointed kitchen stands ready to prepare your coastal creations and a breakfast bar seats four for morning coffee and conversation. An adjacent dining table seats four and the living room enjoys comfy seating, a TV, and direct access to the covered Gulf view deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
