This charming West Gulf Beaches home offers convenient access to St. George Island's beautiful beaches. Southern Belle has all the comforts needed for a perfect island vacation, with lots of comfortable space inside and out and stunning Gulf views. Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park is just over nine miles away.

The exterior of this charming vacation home offers 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulf from the upper balcony, covered parking, an enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold), a lower deck with outdoor benches, and a path offering a convenient direct to the beach and bike path access.

As you enter the first floor's open-concept living area, you are greeted by beachy decor in light and bright hues of blue and white. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV with cable and a DVD player, a stereo with a CD player, and open shelving with a generous selection of DVDs and books.

This home features a spacious layout of the house. From the living area, you can access the large screened porch facing the Gulf with plenty of seating and a dining table for four. Inside there is a farm style dining table that comfortably seats six. Entering the large kitchen, there is a breakfast bar for two and a center island. The well-equipped kitchen features lots of light and a door with direct access to the screened porch. This space looks out into the dining area and allows the chef to visit with everyone while preparing coastal feasts. Down the hall from the kitchen is a conveniently located laundry room with a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Keep in mind there is constant/ongoing construction on SGI and views may change with the construction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
