Recently renovated, the space has been furnished in a welcoming and functional way and consists of: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms plus a central room with sofa bed to create an additional two places to sleep, a large living room with open-space kitchen, a dining room with large windows, a storage room and a rear terrace. From the whole house it is possible to admire both the Anfiteatro square and the Guinigi tower, together with the main monuments of Lucca and the characteristic red roofs of the city. Thanks to the extraordinary effect of a LED lighting system, in the dining room it is possible to enjoy lunches and dinners in a magical and spectacular atmosphere, with a 270 ° view from above (on three sides) on the splendid amphitheater square and the city's monuments. surrounding, including the bell tower and part of the mosaic of the facade of the Basilica of San Frediano, the church of San Pietro Somaldi, the Basilica of San Francesco, the tower of the Hours, the tree-lined tower of the Guinigi, all extraordinarily surrounded by the hills of Lucca with a view that reaches from Pizzorne to the Apuan Alps.
From the back terrace, where it is also possible to enjoy pleasant moments such as an aperitif or breakfast, a view is offered on the typical roofs of Lucca and on the bell towers of the city, including the Guinigi tower, the Cathedral of San Martino, the Sanctuary of S.
