This charming two-bedroom Airbnb house is located in the historic Park Circle neighborhood and is just a stroll away from a variety of family friendly restaurants, cafes, breweries, concert venues, shops and even a distillery! The nearby parks offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, and the beaches and historic district of are just a short drive away.

The house boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a small family or group of friends. The living room is spacious and features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the ideal spot for relaxation after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals, and there is a large dining table inside, or a patio table outside, for shared meals. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 2 bathrooms are modern, one featuring a tub/shower combo, while the main bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower. Enjoy a gathering around the firepit in the private, beautifully landscaped backyard.

Colin was a fantastic host! Very quick to reply initially and then with instructions for the home. We had one question during our stay and he was very kind and responsive. The house was absolutely perfect! Amazing location, clean, cozy, and lovely! It had everything we needed and was a great spot to hang with our Navy son!

Colin was a great host and responded quickly. The place is nice and looks exactly like the pictures. It was quiet, safe and convenient. We had no issues at all during our stay and would stay here again.

This is such a great property! The check in using my phone number made things so easy and uncomplicated from the start. The place was so clean, with great neutral and calming decor. Coffee and grinder was a treat and delicious. Had everything you could possibly need and like it says , walkable to everything Park Circle. Highly recommended and would stay again.

This home was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well equipped. We love staying in Park Circle area. Our son and daughter-in-law visited us in the home and we enjoyed grilling out in the back yard. They loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved staying at Colin’s house. It’s very cozy and welcoming. It is in a nice neighborhood very close to park circle. It was our first time in Charleston and we spent a great deal of time going to all the sites. It was nice to come back and enjoy the evening afterwards. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Colin was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice Place, Great Location!

Super easy checkin. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 4. Quick few minute walk to the main drag in park circle with all the restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

We were thrilled with the price, location, host, and house. It was clean, comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay for short or long visits!

Fantastic spot!

One of my favorite Vrbo stays of all time! The house is super cute, and in a fantastic location. Great big yard with a fire pit, and a very well maintained property. Colin was amazing, and his recommendations made our stay even better.

Relaxing Home Away

The property is immaculate and very welcoming with everything one would need or want for their own home. Loved the decor and how close it was to so many great amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property.

A Gem in Park Circle

Close to everything we wanted to do, this location was perfect for the 3 of us as a home base. Mt. Pleasant, downtown Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek - all within minutes. And the property itself was neat, cleamn, and well-appointed for our needs. We'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute and had everything you could possibly need! The battery on the keypad on the front door was going bad on our first full day here; I texted Colin and he had someone there within the hour to replace it! We were very impressed!

Great house - perfect location

We loved everything about our stay. The location (Park Circle) is within walking distance to amazing food/drinks/shops. The house is spacious, decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Colin is a great host, very responsive. I’ve stayed in multiple areas around Charleston (Daniel Island, Downtown, Mt Pleasant, etc) and this was by far my favorite location! Will definitely book again!

Great starting point for Charleston

The house was great for two couples, came loaded with just about everything we needed. Our group has food allergies so we cooked most meals at the VRBO and it was wonderfully set up to do so! Gas grill, great kitchen, large tables inside and outside. The location is great too, 30 minutes to several beaches and never fought traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. A quick drive or a half mile walk will get you to a great street with shopping and restaurants. Great stay.

Great house, great host, walkable dining options

The house is exactly as described, maybe even better. We loved it and it felt like home for the week. Check in was a breeze and Colin checked in with us to confirm no problems. Everything you could need was available. Location was great (we were heading to the coliseum daily for a dance competition) and the drive was easy. The park circle area offered plenty of dining choices and a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for helping us have an awesome week at Nationals!

Convenient location

This location was everything the owner said it was. It definately checked all the boxes. We really enjoyed being able to walk a couple of blocks to get our coffee each morning, and to be able to walk home at night after enjoying some local food and drinks. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for anything you might need. I wish we had a day or two more to enjoy the house and Charleston. If I ever need to stay in Charleston again, I'm checking to see if this is available.
