Welcome to Codge’s Beach House! This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom unit (SLEEPS 6), was remodeled in late 2022 with ceiling fans, new split ductless AC's, brand new kitchen and bathroom and with a lot of thought for comfort and ease of use. We are on the second floor with 3 lanais and peek-a-boo ocean and West Maui mountains views. Our unit is 5 minutes from private beach access to Keawakapu Beach, one of the best swimming and walking beaches on the island.

The new and fully equipped, open kitchen features high-quality quartz counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, plenty of dishes, flatware, kitchenware, and barware. The outside dining and the dining room both seat 6 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. We love to cook and equipped the kitchen with what we would need! We have a full-size washer and dryer and hair dryers in both bathrooms as well as a 65” LED TV with full Wi-Fi access. and cable plus an additional smart TV in guest bedroom.

The Master suite has a comfortable king size bed and a walk-in shower. There is a nice and quiet lanai off the bedroom, what makes a nice place for some quiet reading or an afternoon nap.

The guest room has 2 regular size twin beds (which can be turned into a King bed) and a bunkbed so you can have a family sleeping comfortably. The suite bathroom has a tub. There is also a private ate lanai, for some reading and and an afternoon relaxation.

There are 4 pools to choose from, three quiet ones and one large kid-friendly pool with a fully equipped pavilion. Each pool area has barbecues, so take a swim while you grill your food. There is also a pickle ball court on the property. We offer 4 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler as well as pickleball equipment, balls and frisbees. Shuffleboard equipment is available at the main pool.

Our location in the village is near Okalani Road. You can hear some road noises if you are outside or the windows are open. However, most of the time we are out and about and at the beach anyway!

Wailea Ekahi is within walking distance of the shops of Wailea, 3 award winning golf courses as well as tennis courts and wonderful restaurants and activities.

Great family spot

My family and I enjoyed staying at this clean and very family oriented condo. It was supplied with all the essentials for the beach, toys for indoor use as well as all the cleaning supplies you'd need during your stay.

Awesome property, super clean, and very convenient location. The pool area is simply awesome for the kids and the access directly to Keavakapu beach is unreal. Was wonderful

I stayed here with my family of four with two young kids. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we need to prepare meals. The place was very clean. It was so convenient to go down to the beach. We loved playing in the swimming pool and in the waves.

Great home away from home in paradise

Great location with easy access to a nearby beach. Spacious, clean and everything you need to make the home comfortable for your stay! Fully equipped kitchen which made it super easy to prepare meals and eat in (especially helpful for those with younger children). Kids loved the bunk beds and beach toys! Close to beaches and the shops in Kihei. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying again when we next visit! Thankfully the home was not affected by the fires, but our hearts go out to the entire island and community!

Outstanding Accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! While we've stayed in several condos on this property before, none of them matched the quality and comfort of this particular unit. Ekahi 24C is beautifully renovated with an amazingly well-stocked (and well-organized!) kitchen. The unit is clean, bright, and modern. The furniture was very comfortable, and the "extras" (e.g., beach toys, board games) made our stay even more enjoyable than expected. Communication with the property manager was also excellent. We can't wait to return!

Bright & well stocked

We enjoyed our stay. Suite had everything you would need from well stocked kitchen to beach stuff! While we would have loved an ocean view from our lanai, it’s only a 7 minute walk to the best beach without having to cross a busy road. Bonus is the walk helps in burning off the treats. We did not find it noisy.

Super Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and implements you need.The knives are the best of any rental I have stayed in. All in all I have given this unit a five star rating because it deserves it. Mahalo.

Awesome, excellent, top notch

We rented this unit for our daughter, son-in-law, and their small child. We stayed on the same property in another unit. Our place was just fine, while this unit was over the top. It has just about everything you’d need…plus some. It is clean, orderly, and would be a place we’d not hesitate to stay at again.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 in our party and it was plenty of room for all. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a week stay. The contact person went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had all the info we needed. The pools were beautiful and our kids went from one pool to another to the beach all day long. The entire condo complex was very clean, quiet and well taken care of. Thank you for making our week amazing.

Amazing place to stay!

This condo was beautiful and has everything you need in it. We loved our stay here! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and really nice showers. Communication with Simone was awesome! The complex is easy to get in and out of, and the grounds are beautiful. So nice to have beach access from the complex, and the pools were great. There’s a pickleball court, and we loved playing every day! Would be amazing if they put in another court or two as it was very busy. No downside to the condo itself, but we would have enjoyed a hot tub, and there aren’t any on the grounds. We would 100% recommend this place, and would stay here again ourselves.

Great Stay for eight days over the Christmas Holiday 2022

This is a new VRBO listing. The unit went through a recent remodel. The owner did a great job. The unit is well equipped particularly the kitchen with us eating in most meals with indoor and patio dining. We had great communication with the owner before and throughout the stay. Always responsive and receptive to our questions. The property sits in a great location in the desirable Wailea area of Maui with a large pool and gathering area that is oceanfront. The gathering area had multiple tables pool side and under cover. Full kitchen to keep your lunch cool or to heat up or BBQ your dinner. (There are several BBQs throughout the property). Large fridges and ice machine. Great bathrooms including shower should you decide to stay by the pool and beach and need to shower up after checking out as we did when catching our 5 PM flight home. The property also has 3-4 other smaller and less used pools. There is also a shuffleboard court at the beach pool (equipment located there) and pickleball court (with equipment provided by the owner). The property has a private gate to a very desirable beach. Commonly saw whales in front of the property. Including two breaches! Easy water entrance and gentle waves but still sufficient for body surfing or boogieboarding. People of all ages playing in the ocean and snorkeling. Approximately a mile of ocean front beach for walking. Also, approximately 1/2 mile walk to the desirable Wailea beach walk. It is also a quick shot to the Wailea shops (1 mile), and 2 mile walk or drive into Kihei. We also took the chairs, wagon and umbrella provided by the owner to the beach in front of the property and drove 5 miles to Makena Beach. A week prior to our stay a large storm had hit Maui and many of the sand beaches had been reduced. Makena Beach still had a substantial sandy beach. The beach directly in front of the property was still adequate but drawn down by the storm. Many, many people set up along the beach. There were families of all ages on the property and couples young and old. I would recommend this unit to families or couples of all ages. We look forward to returning.

Great location, a 5 minute walk down to the beach, 4 pools, lush environment, easy access to Kihei amenities but also close to several beautiful Wailea/Makena beaches. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family of six. 3 separate balconies.

We are located in a very safe area and kid-loving community. A nice environment for all types of visitors with resorts, shops and restaurants nearby as well as golf, tennis and of course our amazing beach!

Guests can take beautiful walks on the beach and around the property as well as on the long beach path almost all the way to Makena. Enjoy private access to the beach direct from our fully equipped pavilion & family pool. Watch the gorgeous sunsets or the whales when they are visiting right from the pool lawn.
