This spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom is centrally located in the heart of Brickell and provides awesome views of the whole city as a high rise building. The apartment is super comfortable with king bed and a full bathroom, along with kitchen, table/desk, cable TV and walk-in closet for plenty of storage during your stay. Amenities in the building are amazing, included access to the pools, jacuzzis, gym, game and kids room and much more. One parking spot included, it is in an indoor garage connected to the building. Just minutes away from Brickell city center, restaurants, parks and accessible transportation.

Beautiful place!

Great stay! Amazing and beautiful condo and great amenities, clean ,kitchen was equipped with all essentials. Host was very quick to answer and answered any question i had! Definitely will be coming back soon!

Great place, would stay again

This was a great place, as advertised, and super convenient too being close to the metromover. The host was very nice and accommodating. Only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower was rather weak, but overall it was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Love the views and the space! Restroom and blinds need some love but the kitchen, bedroom and living room are wonderful! Will definitely return.

It had everything I needed for a short stay. Had issue with air conditioning. Property manager attended to it, and functioning properly immediately. Very responsive.

Great Condo in Brickell

My 8 year old son and I stayed here and it was exactly as described. Very close to great dining and accommodations were great. Went to Miami Heat game and were very close. Parking in the parking garage a bit tough with a large truck (F150) but still had a spot. Views were fantastic and my son enjoyed the game room, pool, and jacuzzi. I would stay here again. Great spot.

Beautiful condo in a great location but issue with deposit

I stayed with a friend at this condo over Veterans Day weekend. I really enjoyed the condo and location. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. I am removing a star because our deposit has not been refunded after 2 months and host has not responded to my messages about it.

Vacation Stay

Place looks exactly like picture! Staff was extremely nice & super helpful. I felt really comfortable in the whole apt, there were just small changes that could be made like updating the shower head for a better flow of water to shower & fixing the broken blind's. It was nice to have free parking but the garage is a bit of a drive but it wasn’t the worst. Overall with the minor repairs the place is still a home away from home & you’ll enjoy it.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with exceptional views

The apartment is very nice and clean and has most everything you need for a short stay. The bed is the most comfortable we have slept on in vacation rentals. The view is fantastic. Communication with the host, Alfredo were easy and he responded very quicky and was very helpful. The building is a different story. It was a busy time in Miami and 4 out of 6 elevators did not work. Going up and down took a very long time and was very frustrating.

A Five-Star Stay w/ One Major Exception

Everything appears as advertised and is amazing except for THE SHOWER. Oh, the shower. It knocked a 5-star review down to a 4, and the lack of response from the owner knocked the 4 to a 3. The tub was a tad dingy and was severely chipped and unappealing, so bring shower shoes. You'll also need those shower shoes for the gym showers downstairs, which we had to use because the apartment's shower head sprays a trickle or a ridiculously useless mist. No exaggeration. We messaged the owner via the Vrbo app to see if there was a trick to the shower head, but no response. Otherwise, the location is incredible - close to everything and NO CAR NEEDED. Just uber. I stupidly rented a car and parked it the whole time because the parking spot on the 9th level is an obstacle course to get to, and I could see damage of cars getting bumped and scraped on the super tight dividers between the steep ramps. The balcony is one of the best features. Water and city views for miles. The bed was very comfy and clean -- everything else was clean. The kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets, pots, etc. that you'll need. There is an iron (didn't use) and steamer (worked great), an extra blanket, pillow and sheets. I could access the gym and pool but never got into the steam room (but didn't really have time for it anyway). Never used the pool or jacuzzi but saw others using it and saw it being cleaned.

Beware of the bait & switch. Booked a 2 night stay at “the Club at Brickell Floor 29 Great View”. A few days before our trip, my rest changed to a 3 night stay & so did the charges. I informed the host who said he’d review the matter. On the day before our trip, I was told that we were being relocated to a different unit. I repeatedly requested photos of the new unit but never received them. Upon arrival, the app to open & close the front door didn’t work but the door was unlocked. There was no toilet paper on the holder or anyplace else. I told the host who said they provide an initial set in the unit but don’t replenish. We had to go out to buy it b/c they don’t have 24/7 housekeepers & we weren’t going to get any until the next day. The sliding glass doors didn’t lock. The kitchen wasn’t updated like the photos. The balcony furniture was old & rusted. The ice maker didn’t work & leaked all over the kitchen floor. The shower head squirted water into the bathroom over the curtain. The great view was not great b/c we were on the opposite side & other end of the building. The bathroom floor was dirty. The corridor was not decorated like the photos show with the planters. The cushions on the outdoor furniture by the pool were nasty looking & water stained. Whenever I contacted the host, I got what seemed like an auto reply b/c it never addressed the issues. Upon leaving, I asked what to do with the sheets & towels. Again, I received an auto reply. We got bamboozled!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome and everything looked just like the pics.. The only take away was the garage parking (hated it). Overall the stay was great!
