Relax on your beach just steps outside of your door and spend your evening in front of the outdoor fire! Spacious 4 bedroom home with bonus den/bedroom that sleeps an extra two people! Kitchen and dining area seats 10 - 12. Full laundry, and lots of off-street parking . Enjoy a walk to the local lobster shack, or the ice creamery just down the street. The area is alive with restaurants, entertainment and even a local farmers market ! A great home for holiday dinners with family and friends

The house was absolutely perfect—literally right on the beach with unbeatable views and instant access to the water. We stayed as two families and the space worked wonderfully for all of us. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would happily come back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a true beachfront getaway.

House was well equipped and decorated beautifully! We all enjoyed the beach as much as possible but the weather was not ideal. The house provided everything we needed to have a fun time anyway. We played games and grilled food and even walked to the delicious homemade ice cream place down the street. Our group included ages 21-89 and we all had a great weekend!

Excellent property - all details covered

We had a fantastic stay. The owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond giving us tips and places to try out. The house had all the extras you would want and then some. Location can’t be beat and plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again.

Fantastic beachfront property

This house exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful waterfront property with plenty of space to host our group of 11 (plus dog). Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing just outside the window was the cherry on top of a perfect weekend. The house came with everything we needed to cook, grill, play games and spend the weekend on the beach (including beach toys!). The location is great - a short walk away is an ice cream shop, lobster rolls, convenience store, coffee shop, and in the other direction the Audubon. Only 10 minutes from Metro North but a world away from NYC! Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again soon.

Great Experience

We had a delightful time here. The host was wonderfully communicative. It was a pleasure to have the ocean right outside our door. We brought our dog and the home and area were dog-friendly. We had a delightful time exploring the area.

Great House, Great Hosts

We were up for a family Thanksgiving, with 3 families staying the house. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We even asked the hosts where they had gotten the bed mattresses. The location was also very good - right on the water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, but not too far from some stores and restaurants. Whenever we had a question, the hosts responded right away, and were very accommodating. Overall it was a great stay!

Absolutely Stunning

House was beautiful and exactly as listed. Stunning walkout back patio, right on the ocean. Nice neighbors and close to town, restaurants, and shopping. Lisa is very quick to respond and accommodating. Will recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Milford CT.

FANTASTIC RENTAL

Me and my family stayed at this rental for five nights and it was fantastic. Great location to open the back door and only be a few steps away from the sand. The owners were super responsive through the whole process before and after checkout. It was also nice for all the small touches such as providing beach towels, toys that my son could use out in the sand etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This beach house was AWESOME! Perfect for my large family. Plenty of space. Very clean. The beach town was great- there was even a summer solstice festival that we really enjoyed! Little playground right across the street (ideal for kids 2-5 years old). Host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Property is set Up to accommodate multigenerational travelers. First floor bedroom is convenient for those who don’t do stairs. Pet friendly, dogs, and cats welcome . The area has lots to do for families, including a small children’s Park across the street, and a few doors down.
