If paradise means rising to watch the sunrise over the Intracoastal from the dock, playing all day at the pool or beach, and relaxing on the rooftop deck watching the sunset over the Gulf, then this home is for you!

A short walk across the street will get your toes in the sand in seconds! Everything you need for a fun beach day is provided for your convenience.

Please note... this property has an 8 person maximum and is strictly enforced by penalty and immediate departure.

Every aspect of this home is newly built with high quality materials and designed for enjoying the scenery. From beautiful wood cabinets to elegant wood-look flooring, every room is equipped with comfortable and classic coastal furnishings. Truly a home away from home, the condo is prepared for full-time living, including a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, an oversized laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, dining area, and a spacious living room designed to bring everyone together.

You are free to use the pool and spa, the rooftop deck, and the community grill. **Pool and spa are temporarily closed for upgrades until mid-September 2023.**

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience. Everything was as pictured, beautiful and clean. We had six people, and it was perfect accommodations to have space and spread out. We were all impressed with how well maintained everything was. Perfect location. We had one street to cross to get to the beach, had beautiful views and plenty of restaurants in the area. Small minor things, coffee maker, and the hot tub didn't work. Nothing that would be considered a major disappointment. We would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed this stay.

Perfect Vacation

Words cannot express how happy we were with this condo and how well everything was taken care of… If we had a question, Amber answered right away and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Stunning

Absolutely beautiful new condo with plenty of room for 8 adults and an infant. Plenty of beach gear including 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cabana, beach toys and floats, 2 coolers, and a beach wagon to pull it all in. The views from the living room porch overlooked the pool and intercoastal, and the master bedroom porch overlooks the gulf.

Amazing property

We stayed over spring break with 2 families and 4 teens. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing both coastel and ocean. It was nice to have both. The condo is VERY well equiped with kitchen needs, towels, bedding etc. We used the community grill with no issues and the pool was small but great to lay out at. The condo itself is very modern and well maintained. There were only 2 things that I would upgrade and that is the washer and dryer and the Queen mattress. The dryer is very loud. The queen bed we stayed in was pretty well loved and needs to be replaced. Neither one of these issues would keep us from booking again. We absolutely loved the place, the location and everything about it.

Very Nice Place

Overall, the condo was beautiful and the location was very convenient Pros - Easy walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and stores, very comfortable furnishings (beds were great) in a stylish setting, spacious, very nice to have balconies looking over both the beach and the bay. Very-well stocked including beach chairs and a wagon to get things back and forth. Cons - The hot tub wasn't working the entire six night stay...even after pointing it out to the management company on our first night, Poor communication on any attempts to fix the issue. The small refund provided didn't make up for our kids' disappointment. We had to go out and buy a few items that were in short supply (detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. Nothing that can be done about this - but the master bedroom overlooks a road that gets heavy service-truck usage in the morning.

Indian Rocks Birthday trip

I rented this condo for a birthday getaway with friends. This condo was very nice, roomy and clean. The location was perfect to restaurants, shopping and a splash park right down the street! The views were amazing. What I noticed most was how well put together everything was in the condo which made us comfortable and feel right at home. I would def recommend this to anyone who is looking for a getaway.

Everything needed for a relaxing staycation

We enjoy Indian shores for a more quiet setting to enjoy the beach. We appreciated having garage parking for two cars with a wagon, beach chairs, and some beach toys available to use. The pool was quiet and shaded for evening swims when the sun was toward the beach which is a short walk across the street at a nearby crosswalk. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child had plenty of space to be comfortable sleeping and enjoying meals on the balcony or table inside. Minor questions or concerns were quickly addressed by property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay

Everything was perfect and you get what you book. Perfect location, easy access to the beach across the street with a pool. If you are looking for the perfect spot this is it. Amaber the property manager was great to work with and very attentive. Would book again.

Beautiful Condo

My sister, Mom, and I stayed with our adult children and had such a wonderful time! The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and supplies. We had a locked garage space which was so convenient, and it was such a quick walk to the beach. It's a nice residential area, but we were able to walk to Salt Rock Grill, which was so good we went 2 different nights for dinner. There was also a fun mini-golf place right next door. I can't think of anything that we would've changed about it, and Amber was responsive and answered any questions that came up. I would highly recommend this rental!

Awesome Property!

By far the best accommodations for a family vacation that we have had in the past 25 years. The unit was spacious and clean when we arrived. We will definitely come back. Our property manager (Amber) was great to work with and was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this one!

Luxury Condo with Great Location

I booked this amazing condo for my family of 7 over spring break and it was perfect! Plenty of space and well apportioned. With the pool, hot tube and location, you can’t beat it. The beach is literally 200 yards from you and you are right between St. Pete and Clearwater beaches. Amber, the property manager was amazing with communication.

Pristine condo, great location

We stayed at this condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything is new and clean, well-equipped and thought out. We were able to walk to many restaurants, bars, markets, and most importantly the beach right across the street! We loved seeing the sunrise & sunset sitting on the front & back decks and the rooftop deck! Great location and pristine condo, would love to stay again!

WOW! This Was A True Five-Star Experience!!!!!

From the moment we booked our stay my family was confident we would have a great expectance. The entire building is new and boasts high-end luxurious finishes through-out. Just WOW!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! I was blown away by the amazing water views. It was clean, in great condition, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for access to shopping, restaurants, fun activities, and to the beach. I can't say enough. We're already talking about booking for next year!
