Very nice

Met friends for a 4 day stay. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms. The living/dining area is a bit cramped. Overall, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place!

We had a lovely stay. Host was very helpful, directions were clear and useful, and the place is very well outfitted. We loved the big bedrooms, comfortable beds and excellent WiFi. It was nice to have a kitchen and full sized fridge. Would stay again!

Beautiful place

The unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. David was very responsive all week to my questions. Very convenient to groceries etc and a wonderful winery just up the street. Great place to stay.

Spring break at the U2 Pendleton house

From the start to finish the communication was excellent. The townhome was wonderful. It has everything we needed to spend time with our granddaughter and family. Beds and pillows were heaven sent. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to enjoy meals. Close to our kids home, groceries, gas and restaurants. Thanks David and everyone involved.

Great place for a weekend getaway

We used to live in J'ville and we visit friends in the Medford area once a year. In the past we stayed at a hotel, but this was so much nicer and just as convenient. We will definitely book again next year. It's nice to have 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms (both are upstairs), and the natural area behind the townhouse is very peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook.

I would have given straight across the board 5 stars except for 2 things. We thought the property was a house, not a 2 story condo (my friend has a bad hip and she struggles with stairs) and from the photos, it looked like it had a back yard and we had brought our beach chairs to catch some rays, but there's only a tiny patio. Condo smelled wonderful, was beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean. Beds are over the top comfortable!! I would definitely stay again, but my friend said she wouldn't. Personally, I could have stayed another week!

Just perfect!

Finding this property was a dream come true. Perfect placement in between Medford and Ashland, just right for 1 person or 2. The host has done a wonderful job in making sure the space is inviting and comfortable. I only had a couple of questions for David (host) but he was very quick to respond and very hospitable. I would definitely reccomended this space, and I would most definitely stay here again.

excellent, well appointed home

This rental was well kept and very well appointed. Host was very friendly and provided comprehensive information about the rental unit as well as the area (food hot spots, directions to the rental, etc.) The rental is very secure, with a security system and a well fenced back yard - which was quite cute with couple of tables where you can sit and enjoy your beverage while overlooking a wooded area and its wildlife (plenty of pretty birds and small wildlife to enjoy - it was quite relaxing!) The townhomes and apartment in this complex are well cared for (lawns groomed, sidewalks and driving areas are clean). Quite a sweet little up and coming area! If you need a doggie fix (rental unit understandably does not allow for you to bring your own) just take a quick walk around the complex will help, as there are several well mannered big and small doggies on a walk with their families at any given time. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend sleeping in the front bedroom rather than the one when you first come up the stairs - as the neighbors against that wall had children who were screaming, jumping, banging etc. as well as parents raising voices till around 10:30 or 11 pm each night we were there.

In the fall of 2019, I launched OregonStays. The following March, I acquired what would be the first of several short-term vacation rental properties - at the beginning of the Covid pandemic! There have been no regrets, and I've enjoyed hosting many professional, business, and leisure travelers from all over the world.

It's been a pleasure to accommodate the temporary housing needs of folks needing a place to stay for a night or longer - a place of comfort, safety, and proximity to many of the wonderful things the Rogue Valley has to offer.
