This beautiful condo boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day on the beach.

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the stunning ocean views, relax in the hammock or head down to the beach for a swim in the warm Atlantic Ocean waters. With convenient access to the beach, you can enjoy all the fun and relaxation that Tybee Island has to offer.

Island Vacation Rentals has a supply of beach gear & carts available for you to rent, exclusively for our guests only! Please let us know asap if you would like to rent any items not provided by your rental home. Your added rental items will be waiting for you upon your arrival inside your rental and will be picked up after your departure. If you would like to rent a island golf cart, we will deliver to you at your set time to sign the paper work and give you the keys. You will find our rental prices are less than others on the island as a perk for our guest! Supplies are limited and first come first served.

My family of five enjoyed this beautiful condo for our Thanksgiving 2025. Our family ages span from 14 to 94. The elevator enabled us to accommodate my mother’s wheelchair with unit entrance steps to the front door. The elevator also enable us to use our folding wagon to unload our luggage and supplies to the third floor. The wide view of the ships movement in and out of the port entertained us all. Wonderful Thanksgiving!

Beautiful property with great beach amenities. Great for our family trip with three littles and grandparents. Comfortable beds- perfect views from the AMAZING deck. Sad to leave but would definitely stay again!

Home away from Home

Overall we had a great experience. Great beach views from the balcony, nice bathrooms and kitchen. The only thing is that we wish the elevator would have been working. My wife is 7 months pregnant and it was a taxing on her going up and down the 3 flights of stairs. Other than that, it was a good trip.

Property is directly across from the beach. It has a beautiful wrap around deck to watch the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfy. Also, walking distant to restaurants , shops and bars. The management company was amazing, answered questions very quickly. We will be coming back to this property!

Nice location on the beach

We stayed for Fall Break, 2024, you know, the one where Helene crashed the party. Overall, the property being so close to the beach, had beautiful views from the balcony. It was peacefully quiet as well. The unit was “neat”, but like another review given, the floors were dirty. I can respect beach life will dirty a place, but the floors were not mopped well at all for arrival. The couches show their age and use with dirt as well. Sand was in the trundle bed. The freezer had a pool of water in front as it was actively thawing the ice buildup on the bottom. Fridge took almost 10 hours after checkin to cool down. Food was baked/burnt into the pans, so lots of scrubbing before use. The dryer consistently gave errors to check the lint trap. The lint coil was crushed that we moved the dryer away from the wall to allow proper ventilation. I suspect the system needs to have a proper lint cleaning. Lots of sand was caked in the trap before our first use. The garbage disposal backed up when we ran the dishwasher. Overall, the unit appears very loved and needs an upgrade of sorts. I did reach out a few hours after arrival about the fridge, and ended up retracted the message the next day, but never received any response. I reached out when Helene was coming through if we needed to be concerned about anything, meaning furniture on the patio, to which I did receive response but not with regards to that. On our own we tried to place things appropriately to minimize damage.

Unclean/Poor Customer Service

7th stay on Tybee oceanfront in multiple units and locations and never have we had an experience like this one.On night one we received a phone call around time to check in stating that the cleaning crew no-showed but they were going to rush to get it done. Right off the bat we couldn’t check in on time, understandable. We were finally able to enter the unit and did a quick inspection we found that sheets and pillows had multiple stains and a lot of leftover hair. The bunk bed sheets appeared unwashed and the third bed still smelled like someone had been there. I reached out to the number listed and he stated he stripped beds but that was it. Not sure how multiple loads of laundry were done in a couple hours? The man who answered stated he would be there in the morning with sheets. He NEVER showed or followed up to messages and emails all week. Still haven’t had response as of writing this email 7 days later. Microwave didn’t work. Chairs on deck were falling apart. Pictures on VRBO didnt match the reality of the unit. For example the dining room table and chairs shows cushions and a rug. Those were not there. Just some uncomfortable seats. One of the other reviews mentioned dirty floors. No improvement there either. Sink has a leak so the fix for the management company was to stick a dirty bowl under it. Yikes. What could have been a simple fix by the management company by communicating with us and following through with clean sheets left us in a state of wonder all week.

My friends and I had a blast. Right on the main strip with quick access to the beach and within walking distance to good restaurants.

Porpoise Point 5 did not disappoint. Overall beautiful condo with comfortable beds, perfect location, and the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing! We loved everything about it!

Love Tybee

Very nice, large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, will excellent ocean views. Huge beautiful deck. Elevator nice for loading and unloading since it is on 3rd floor. Management company was great and got us a golf cart for the week. We will be back.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. I love to hear the waves frim the bedroom. Great ocean views and condo was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Although the place was clean, the floors were pretty dirty. The cleaning crew could have done a better job sweeping/mopping in between guests. Overall, everyone loved the place. We will definitely come back.

Perfect views and location!

Porpoise Point is an amazing property. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and the property provided everything necessary to cook with for our stay. I have only a couple of things that I feel could be improved upon. 1) The queen bed desperately needs a new mattress. 2) We had to make sure we had shoes on in the property as our feet were dirty if we didn't. But, all in all, a perfect vacation!
