Escondido en la Florida "Costa de Oro", este paisaje tropical, la propiedad privada, aislada es un compuesto de 3 dormitorios que cuenta con una, 2 baño de la casa de 2 dormitorios y un 1 dormitorio, 1 baño de casa de campo. Ambos con aire acondicionado y calefacción central. La piscina climatizada es entre la casa y la casa de campo. La vía fluvial está a 2 cuadras de distancia, las playas del Atlántico están a 5 minutos y el aeropuerto de Palm Beach (PBI) está a sólo 10 minutos de distancia. Muy bien situado en el extremo sur de West Palm Beach.

Visita Cabo Cañaveral, Orlando y Miami - ideal para excursionistas de un día. Pase el día en Palm Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton o Ft. Lauderdale. Las tiendas y restaurantes que ofrecen mariscos increíble están muy cerca o jugar al golf en uno de los muchos campos cercanos. Sólo tienes que ir de pesca y la parrilla de su propia captura en la piscina.

Easter week visit

Great location to airport / beach / shopping. Outstanding weather. Tim was timely and friendly with all our communications. This property is a sanctuary. You walk into the yard and are transported to a beautiful tropical retreat for the whole family! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. What a blessing!

Made New Friends Fabulous Stay

As indicated in the stars, everything was outstanding. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the garden filled with beautiful plants and the owner lived next door. Not only am I looking forward to returning to the house, my wife and I are looking forward to visiting with our new friends. Could not be more pleased!

Long Weekend Getaway

Property exactly as pictured. This small home was perfect for a long weekend visit with my adult son. Tim and Linda are perfect hosts, could not have been more accommodating when I arrived earlier than scheduled. The house is impeccably clean, including the kitchen... spotless. The pool was perfect, as well. The location is a quick drive to Palm Beach Island and Lake Worth where we experienced some great dining. I would definitely rent from Tim and Linda again, they are great people.

Great Place

This is definitely a return to property. The location is amazing, the home was amazing. Tim was an excellent host. The house was stocked with everything you need. It is a very relaxing place to stay. The best part is having Tim next door so if you need anything he is on it immediately. Just can't say enough nice things. 10 out of 10.

Perfect 11 days in Palm Beach

This was perfect South Florida stay. Other than the traffic in WPB and PB there are no complaints. Tim (the owner) made the property extremely welcoming. We enjoy heated pool and the beach 10 min away. The garden in the house is beautiful. We will come again!

Spring Training 24

This property is a gem, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Short drive or walk to the beach , restaurant, shopping. Our trip was centered around Washington Nationals Spring Training games and the location was idle for the short drive to the complex. Tim and Linda are excellent host, the house had everything needed for our stay and they were quick to help if we needed anything. Can't recommend this property enough, we will be back next year .

Adorable beach cottage! Old world charm and modern amenities. Spotless, well appointed home with your own private pool! In the middle of everything! Plenty of outside space for dining and relaxing! peaceful oasis

This property is clean, comfortable and the backyard pool area is a peaceful oasis in West Palm Beach. There are very good restaurants within walking distance and the public beaches are a short drive/Uber away. Great walks/runs on the intercoastal waterway are only 5 min away. We were here with our adult children for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic home away from home.

Comfortable and cozy, the perfect place to stay

We were pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of room and the facilities had all we needed. The host answered all my questions and was available if needed. The location was most convenient to restaurants, attractions and nearby grocery stores. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

This home was very clean and offered a very private, quiet, and well-landscaped hideaway while still being within easy distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Being just a mile from I-95 makes it easy to get going for longer outings. The house has all the basics for cooking, and is a comfortable place to relax.

Spring Training in the Sun

Great property for trip. Property was perfect for us with three great bedrooms (one in private bungalow in back), great pool area to relax in the afternoon/evening and nice deck area for dining. Clean with all the amenities needed to make our stay easy. About 25 - 30 minutes to Jupiter for Spring Training. I was concerned about proximity to the airport (very close) and there are planes flying over periodically, but you don't notice them. Great property.

Lovely oasis in West Palm Beach

There is nothing more I could ask of this property. It is a lovely oasis just off the Southern Bridge in WPB. The back garden and pool area are a wonderful respite and the house and guest house in back garden are perfectly equipped. Tim and Linda live next door and give complete privacy to the renter while being there and available for questions or help. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Great location, very clean and easily accessible from interstate. Owner is nearby if anything is needed but we needed nothing. Grocery nearby and restaurants are within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful time in the home! My retirement buddies and I had a great week touring West Palm. The place was great- everything advertised- and Tim, the owner, is a great guy. He helped us and was very fun to talk with, but wasn’t overbearing. The place was clean and comfortable for the three of us to stay. The pool is lovely and fun to hang around. It was a bit cool to start with, but Tim came and adjusted the temperature. We even went on a terrific sail charter on the Latitude 41 catamaran- there is a lot to do in the area! Thanks, Tim!

Perfect little oasis

Tim and Linda are perfect hosts. The property is perfectly situated, everything you could want in the area only 15-30 minutes away. The home is quaint, comfortable and well maintained. It feels like a home, not a rental property. The pool area is awesome, lights up at night and the water is perfect. Highly recommended!

Southside --- beautiful !!

We loved our stay at Tim's home in West Palm. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The yard was the icing on the cake. Beautifully maintained pool and property, sitting areas, BBQ, the works. Tim, the owner, could not have been more cordial. Gave us all sorts of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc. House is close to beaches, bars, restaurants and downtown W. Palm. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Spring Training Home

We just returned from a long weekend in West Palm Beach to see the Nationals' Spring Training. There were 4 of us and the home worked well for us. The best part is the backyard -- it's like a little oasis, private and your own pool. It's an older house, but has modern appliances and everything you'll need. The one improvement we think should be made is to buy a new mattress and pillows for the main bedroom. If you like a very soft mattress, you'll be happy. However, if you have any type of back issue, or are over 50, you will most likely wake up sore in the morning. Otherwise, I would recommend this home and the owners are very nice and accommodating.

Great family vacation

We loved our stay. The house and cottage were both very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The highlight was the heated pool, and charming outdoor area. Also a very convenient location...close to beaches, restaurants, airport, and shopping. Tim was a great host, and we will be back!
