Leading up to our stay, communication was prompt and thorough. The hosts responded to all of our questions. The cabin was in a convenient location set back in the woods. We arrived in a blizzard, but the snow made the setting all the more charming. The cabin is spacious and clean with every convenience from Alexa enabled lights to updated appliances, tvs, comfortable beds and furniture, fireplace, laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, coffee maker, air fryer, spices, etc). There even were holiday decorations, which made the stay even cozier. We sent the hosts a question, and they were quick to respond. Would recommend in winter or any time of year!

Cute, cozy. Little slice of heaven! Perfect location to get away front it all while still being close to numerous attractions! The hosts were attentive and go above and beyond!

Summer trip to the north woods

Cute cottage, was exactly as described in description, kitchen well stocked. Handy location, area has beautiful lakes and offers numerous activities. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Family summer vacation fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean and updated cabin not far from downtown Minocqua and the lake. The check in process was seamless and the host was very kind. The cabin had everything we needed for our family to stay for multiple nights. They had a very nice back yard with a fire pit and even a gate for furry friends! We didn’t bring our dog on this trip but it’s great to know that we have the option in the future. We would definitely stay again! Five stars.

Vacation

Overall, very nice clean place. Loved the fenced in area for the dogs. Hosts very accommodating and quick to answer questions. Only set back was the mattress' are not very comfortable and hwy vehicle noise was a bit noisy at times but not terrible. Having fans there helped. Did enjoy our stay and would come back again!

Getaway

Overall good stay, nice fenced in yard, pretty clean, could hear the highway, nice couch, beds. Hosts allowed us to check in early and were responsive throughout stay. Basement was too cold to use other than laundry. Photos of the exterior grounds would have helped show that it is right off highway. Heated LED fireplace was nice. Great hosts. Good experience.

A second very enjoyable stay for us. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. Jay went well above and beyond to help with some intelligent TV account issues. Would most definitely stay again.

Comfy, cozy, and clean

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, so the weather was cold. However, the temperature and coziness inside the house couldn’t have been better! There were plenty of blankets and flannel sheets on the beds. The space was super clean. You would never know it was a pet-friendly property if you didn’t read it in the description. Also, there was plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack our things, and the washer / dryer were great. Lastly, the proximity to Minocqua was perfect. It was far enough away to feel like you were truly in the North Woods but close enough for quick errand to the grocery store or for dinner out. Highly recommend…would absolutely stay there again!

A beautiful place for a vacation!

We loved the house and the check in process was very easy. Everything was very clean and fully stocked for anything we needed. We didn't spend any time in the basement due to not feeling comfortable with the camera down there. I understand the cameras that were outside, but were a little surprised to see them in the house too. I would choose a different place in the future for this reason. Hosts were very quick to respond to my question regarding the check out time as online it showed an 11:00am checkout time, but the information at the house showed 10:00am checkout. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Restful Vacation in a Very Cozy Cottage

My family thoroughly enjoyed our restful retreat in this clean, well-appointed cottage. It had all the amenities needed for our summer getaway. Jay and Sherry were so kind to check in periodically to ensure we had a great experience, and responded swiftly to our questions.

45th wedding anniversary

We loved the house and the area. Even though you are on highway 70, sleeping is not interrupted and lots of great eating places from breakfast to dinners only 6 miles away. The beds are fantastic and even though we didnt cook, they have everything you would need. Even in the bathrooms the only thing missing is a razor....lol. We enjoyed an evening fire in the backyard. But just make sure you have repellant mosquitoes get bad about 845pm. And yes they had everything you need for firepit also. I would stay here again if in the area.

Camp visiting weekend

We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Cottage! The entire home was extremely well equipped, comfortable, and very clean. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, and the laundry was great to have on hand for some dirty camp clothes! Good location, easy 13 min drive to town.

Great place to stay in Minocqua

Very nice, clean, comfortable cottage. It had everything we needed with the bonus of a fenced yard for our dog to run around in. Despite being right on Highway 70 it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in the area.
