Lovely balcony view! In the mist of all of the activities of the historical downtown Dallas area. Great spot for tourists. Great kitchen with modern appliances. Excellent eateries and a plethora of activities

No communication at all. Do not book here. We reserved this place for the OU/Tx weekend and had to find somewhere else to stay on the day we arrived due to the host not communicating at all. The phone number isn’t even the right number. I called it and got a random person..

Cancelled on me

To be clear, I wasn't able to stay at the house, so the star ratings above are not accurate - at least for cleanliness, accuracy of listing, etc. I arrived to the property at 4:30 on the day I was supposed to check in. The check in instructions had not been sent to me, so I called the number (not sure if it was the owner or manager). They weren't aware that I was arriving the day I did. They put me on hold and then told me that there had been a frozen pipe in the house and that the water was all wet. I had to get a hotel last minute, which was a bit difficult. That said, it ended up being cheaper than this place was. The bright side is that they refunded my money. If you are going to stay here, make sure they are ready for you.

Great Location

The host is very nice and honest and very welcoming if there is any issues. I will start by saying the host contacted me to let me know that the property address is not what is listed through VRBO and is trying to get this corrected. The pictures and description of the property are correct. Dedicated, gated parking garage was comforting for the sense of security. The apartment complex is nice as well as everyone I encountered during my stay. The grounds has a dog park and I believe there were other activities, but I was very busy and did not have time to use the facilities. This listing was a last minute listing we secured since our last host canceled our reservation just before checkin. I was happy to be able to get this rental. The place was nothing special, but much better than staying in a hotel. The only TV was in the master bedroom. My family felt comfortable for the time we spent in the apartment. The only things that were a little bothersome, was the white powder that was spread out in the cabinets, the ant traps sitting on the counter and there were no trash bags. There were pots and pans, but all the Teflon coating was scratched up so we bought some cheap ones to use. Overall, I would stay here again as it was a place to sleep and located in a great location very close to the Virgin Hotel with a lot of places within a few minutes walk.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! The property was not the address that was advertised, 10-15 min away from where we wanted to be, host did not supply access info, had to track down last min to get access information. Host claimed address on site was having plumbing issues so relocated us to this property...pics are right address is wrong. Should have called VRBO then but was getting on a flight, landed late and got to the property aprox 11pm, couldn't get into the parking garage and then into the building, had to follow a resident in. Once we got to the apartment it was like a hot box, the marijuana smell was so bad it burned our nose and throats, was after 11 pm by this point and had to be up at 5am so we suffered through the night, on dirty pillows and sheets that we used our coats to cover the pillows and did our best to sleep, windows open but didn't help. The apartment was nice so was such a shame it wasn't in a condition to host guests. We left the next morning and went to a hotel. Called VRBO first and they were kind but because we had stayed the night the wouldn't re-house us and policy is to go through the host to refund our stay, which he said no problem but has not refunded for the remainder of the time we did not stay there. Looked up the address and its an apartment complex that does not allow nightly stays! BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE!
