You will thoroughly enjoy one of the best studio condos in Elation. We invite you to explore amenities that make Sandestin special. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by walking or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian or bike and paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Elation, the newest luxury condo addition in the Grand complex, is located next to The Grand Sandestin and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This complex offers its guests easy access to Sandestin’s spectacular white sandy beaches, four different golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and a marina. Onsite amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and gorgeous garden.
Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade and Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak and Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).
Looking for more nearby options? Horseshoe Bayou, Hammerhead's Bar and Grille, and Roberto's Pizzeria are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. This resort community is about a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Destin Executive airport is 11 miles away, a 20 to 25-minute car ride.

This studio condo at the Elation resort has a fantastic view of the bay. Fully furnished with 2 queen-sized beds (which sleep four total), and a fully stocked kitchenette, with microwave, sink and mini fridge. You will feel right at home and be only a short walking distance of all the restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife in The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Relax with a loved one or the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Make some memories at the Dean's List.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 2 Guests
All the amenities of the Resort are at your fingertips including the dazzling swimming pool and hot tub complex and a complete fitness facility located at the Grand. Walk to the Wharf for dinner, entertainment and shopping. For beach lovers, the complimentary tram will take you straight to entrance of our world famous, white sandy beach! And as our guest at the Elation, you will also enjoy access to the Solstice Club, an entertainment space featuring outdoor cooking, clubhouse, screened porch and fireplace.
Parking:
No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking area. If you have rented during a high-volume timeframe (for instance, July 4th), it is possible that the garage will fill up fast. There are additional parking spaces in Lots 1 and Lots 2 (all gates are accessed by the same QR code).
Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it.
Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email your registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate.
This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way.
Directions to underground parking: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight right at the roundabout. Continue for about 1 more mile, until you see a large sign for Hotel Effie. Take a left, at the sign, onto Grand Sandestin Boulevard. Keep to the right and pass the Grand Sandestin Hotel. Stay to the right once more and you will see the underground parking garage on your left.
Once you are in the garage, follow the overhead hanging signs for Elation parking (to the right). You may park in any spot labeled Elation. There are elevators in the garage that will take you to the floor housing your vacation rental. Additional parking for guests of Elation is available in the surface lot directly outside of the garage.
Other details to note:
Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes at the front entrance of the Grand Sandestin. If a tram does not stop at the designated area within 21 minutes, feel free to ask a representative at Grand Sandestin’s Front Desk staff for assistance. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
