The best!

This was the best stay we have ever had. The house is perfect, the property is gorgeous, and the host was terrific. Having the two dogs around was also a joy.

Check-in was very easy. The kitchen had all the necessary conveniences. Loved the cold water/ice dispenser. The bar stools were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. The house had many rooms to relax in. The house was beautifully decorated with some of John’s lovely furniture. The property was in a pretty setting & wasn’t too far from Burlington. Laura and John were welcoming and we enjoyed meeting their dogs.

The best of Hinesburg

We had the best day time! The online photos don’t do it justice. There’s a beautiful view of 20+ acres from the screened back porch. Paths for walking and the Red Wagon bakery is less than 500 yards away. The house has full library of books, utensils for cooking and lots of room for sharing a glass of wine with family. I o sum it up, clean, relaxing and the perfect getaway!

Lovely Vermont Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Vermont. Staying at the cottage felt like we were staying in a friend's home, rather than a generic rental. The size of the cottage, with its 4 different reception areas, allowed the 7 of us to spread out, and everything we could need was there. The views from the house were beautiful. Further afield, the area had lots to offer for both for adults and children. Our hosts, Laura and John, were great - both welcoming and helpful. We would certainly consider going back to the cottage again.

Shower weekend for our daughter

Our daughter lives in Hinesburg and was expecting her first baby(our first grandchild). We rented a house that allows parties and then gorgeous cottage for overflow for people traveling from out of town. The house was more than a house, it was a home that you walked into and you could feel it hugging you as you walked in. Everything is beautifully appointed and easy. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. It was a true delight.

We loved our stay at Laura and John's house. The property was so peaceful and relaxing - we did a few hikes through the meadows adjacent to their house. The house had plenty of room (we had 7 people) and it never felt crowded. The house has many places to relax and read a book or converse. Laura and John are terrific hosts - we touched base frequently and never needed anything during our stay. We highly recommend Red Wagon for baked goods as well as the Cone Artist at Mill Market for amazing maple (and vegan blueberry) creemees! Terrific hosts, terrific home and a terrific vacation. I highly recommend staying with Laura and John for your trip to Vermont.

Our home is situated on 22 acres with walking trails, and has a sweeping view of mountains behind it. If the day is clear, you'll catch Camel's Hump, an iconic Vermont mountain. We are also conveniently located within a short drive to Burlington and Lake Champlain.
