Great place to stay in Treasure Cay

The property had been remodeled and was in excellent condition. It was close to the pool and beach and we enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Relaxing off season.

Pat was so amazing to reach out so we knew it was off season and that many places were closed. Despite this we had an amazing g vacation in an amazing place. Can’t wait to go back.

The villa was perfect for our family of 3. Easy access to the beach and pool. Had everything you would need. Loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. The beds were very very hard. But, some people may like that. Always enjoy visting Abaco.

Perfect Beach Villa for a Relaxing Family Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The location is ideal—just a short walk to both the pool and the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again for another relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend!

unit was immaculate but they forgot the porch! Manager sent cleaning girl right over and all was good! Very convenient to pool and beach.

Perfect getaway in paradise

Very well appointed and newly renovated bungalow a minute’s walk from the world famous Treasure Cay beach. Very well maintained community with a nice pool and easy access. Perfect for those that are looking for a quiet getaway on the island of Abaco. Make sure to get groceries in Marsh harbour as Treasure Cay is still recovering from hurricane Dorian. Highly recommend!

Family fun in TCB

This is an amazing house to stay in. The kitchen has every single thing a person might want….a very comfortable living area with a streaming service that is excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms are so comfortable. The screened in area is so wonderful for little kids or big kids! Mere steps away from a heated pool and the most gorgeous beach ever. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

Exceeded expectations - highly recommend

Everything about this villa is perfect for a stay in Treasure Cay! Fully remodeled after hurricane Dorian without any convenience spared- very nicely done and stocked with everything you would need. We were down with a large group staying in multiple villas and Patti’s villa exceeded all expectations. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Loved spending time in the three-season porch too. A short 2 minute walk and you are enjoying the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. We will definitely rent from Patti again!

Fabulous Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 675. The beautifully decorated villa had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! We especially loved the screened in porch where we spent our evenings. The beautiful beach and pool are only a couple minutes walk away. Bring your floats . Look no further for the perfect place! The owner, Patti, was very responsive if we needed any questions answered. Can’t wait to return!! Will definitely rent from Patti again!!

Great place/wrong timing

If it wasn’t for Beach Villa 675 and how amazing the villa was our vacation would’ve been a flop. Hurricane Season this area shuts down and there is very little to do or places to go. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped place to stay this is the place to stay. The back porch area was priceless during the daily rainy periods. The owner was incredible and accommodating beyond our expectations! We will go back in with our whole family to stay on this property. Thank you 675!!!

Everything we wanted and then some!

This was our first visit to Treasure Cay since Hurricane Dorian. This VRBO villa was closer to the pool and beach than where we used to stay. Host was very accommodating in letting us drop off luggage and groceries before check in, since our flight got in early to Marsh Harbor. The cleaner was there and helped us bring everything into the villa, which was an added plus! This VRBO was the absolute BEST we have ever stayed! Even the light switches were labeled! What ever appliance or accessory you could imagine, this kitchen was incredibly well stocked! Comfortable mattresses (but all pillow options were on the firm side) The TV was complicated, but the step by step instructions provided worked seemlessly. We did lose water several times during our stay, but we were used to that from our previous stays. We wanted to unplug, rest, recharge, be in and gaze at that beautiful water, and that's exactly what we did! HIGHLY recommend this villa! I only wish it were pet friendly so we could bring our precious pup. We can't wait to return!

Perfection in Paradise!

We were two couples that stayed for a week. This unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There is a screened in porch that we enjoyed almost every day. The kitchen was very well stocked, and I am a cook. The pool and the beach were great! A beautiful and super friendly tiger striped cat joined us daily! He even followed us to the beach and pool. He was waiting outside every morning. The furniture is comfortable, same with the beds. Plenty of hot water. This a newly renovated villa and the owners made it so simple and classy. Our only suggestion is that a ceiling fan on the screened in porch would make it more livable. The local manager, Israel, was fantastic. I cannot not say much about the owner, because there was NEVER a need to contact her. We will be back for sure! Check out Florence's right there, they are beautiful folks that know how to cook! Cinnamon rolls and Cracked Lobster were over the top!!! Jan & Mike Joe & Candy

Heaven on Earth

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Treasure Cay. The condo was lovely and clean and all new and updated. Beach out of this world. The only little glitches were the oven wasn’t working and I didn’t find this out until a week before. The stove was working. However meals were a challenge as we couldn’t bake anything like chicken or baked potatoes for example. I was unaware that we couldn’t drink the tap water until a week or so before we left as I would have like to know this before I paid. I never buy bottled water but no big deal. Also I wasn’t aware of any blackouts. Although flashlights were available which was great I’d like to have been made aware of this before booking. This is not anyone’s fault that this happens, I’d like to have known before I paid. All in all a great trip.

Thank you for the review of our vacation home. We strive to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. However there are incidents beyond my control. The recent power outage that lasted all day was due to a car accident which took out two power poles. Prior to that and minor power outages caused surges which caused my stove to stop working. I immediately accessed the situation and ordered a new stove. It takes about two weeks to ship and clear through customs. We discussed the water issues with you many times prior to the cancellation date. The locals drink the water but many visitors do not believe it is up to their standards. I am sorry you were not completely pleased. We will try harder.

Place was great and clean! Didn't receive check in information until after I got there, but luckily Shantel happened to be going to check on the unit. She also let us check in 2 hours early which was awesome! Communication could be better from start to finish. If you don't do a deep dive into the listing and base it off of the amenities list, here is some tips. There isn't a washer or dryer in the unit nor is there laundry detergent like it says. Apparently, as the owner "schooled" me on, you are given 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the entire stay, even if you were there for 9 days like I was with 2 adults and 2 kids using the bathroom. The owner was gracious enough to send a pack of toilet paper over a day after the request as well as paper towels. In the amenities it states you have shampoo and body wash. To clarify, you have 1 oz of shampoo/body wash per bathroom for the stay so you might want to bring your own. There was plenty of hand soap and dish detergent. They have a small stick vacuum in the unit which helped keep the place tighty. Plenty of plates, utensils and even some cleaning supplies. Water pressure is spotty, but that is just common. Hot water was non existent. However hot it was outside was your water temp. We were told we could drink from the tap water and we did with no issues, but it didn't taste great at all so I would recommend buying a couple cases before you get there. AC worked great and we only had one power outage (common).
