Overall true to listing, previous reviews prepared us for high guest standards regarding rules and procedures. Very clean, with numerous bottles of hand sanitizer and a package of surgical masks available. Ample extra toiletries, excellent towels, kitchen tools beyond the often skimpy few available in other rentals. We appreciated the many snacks, bottled water, fruit provided. We did not cook anything other than simple breakfast because the rules list in the rental stated that host did not want any food with significant odor prepared in the rental, worded even more strongly than initial messages from the host. We did not receive the actual address to the unit until about an hour before our arrival, so had to stop in town in order to update navigation instead of being able to drive straight there. Check in required pics of ID taken in front of the unit door, then selfie taken inside once we received the lock code. Very strict instructions to avoid allowing anything except soapy water to go down the drains, squeegee shower to retrieve all hair from drain screens, understandably important in a home with aged plumbing. Toilet flushed well, single ply paper use only. Quite narrow and uneven paver path across the lawn to the entryway. Note that this is in the pictures in the description, I did not realize that these are one foot square pavers. Flashlight highly recommended when arriving at night. Lovely Mission style details in this historic Riverside unit in quiet neighborhood.
