BRAND NEW 2/2 lakefront home w/lrg deck; hot tub; outdoor fire pit & game room!

This is a brand new 2/2 Mid-Century Modern Lake front home and large inviting deck with seating for 6 to gather around a propane fire pit and large invigorating hot tub! There are also chairs provided at the water's edge to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee.

The living, dining and kitchen are all open for great family time. The kitchen is fitted with stainless appliances. Fridge, with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stacking washer & dryer just off the kitchen. In the living room is a big screen smart TV.

Each bedroom has a sumptuous king-sized bed with luxurious linens complete with nightstands and lamps that have USB charging ports to charge your phones. Also in each bedroom are blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Then morning coffee on the deck!

There is also a communal game room available with your rental, complete with pool table, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, dart board, gaming table and big screen smart TV with high-speed WiFi for a fun-filled retreat!

Great property! It's in a quiet area but still close to food and activities within/outside Hot Springs. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Our kids loved the game room. Hosts were great, good communication and attention to detail. Everything was clean and the checkout requirements were reasonable.

Serene Getaway

Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Conveniently located close to attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet. Very modern lots of amenities. Game room is a bonus and was fun for all ages

Great getaway house

The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality adult time without the kids. It is within 5-10 minutes of anything you might need from a small town but also feels very secluded in a waterfront inlet. Its only about 25 minutes from Hot Springs or about the same distance from Lake Catharine State Park in the other direction. We were a little disappointed with the seating within the house. All the furniture looked trendy but it was not sturdy and also nothing was comfortable. Thin cushions and awkward back supports. So if you only like to look at the furniture, but not lounge in it, you're set. ;) The beds were awesome though. Super comfy. They also had really plush towels and robes. Our last disappointment was that the high temp on the hot tub was only 104. The hot water in the showers and sinks must have been about 130, which was great, meaning we had the freedom to turn down the hot water when it got too hot. But the hot tub felt lukewarm after a minute or two. The gameroom was really a great amenity. Huge room with lots of games. The pictures are accurate and we enjoyed playing in there very much! This was an overall great experience and restful stay for us!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Place

My husband and I brought our fourteen-year-old granddaughter with us to the lake for a brief visit. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. The view of the lake was amazing and the hot tub was a nice amenity. We will definitely be back!

A little piece of heaven here on earth

As newlyweds my husband & I chose this property as an impromptu honeymoon getaway. We were highly impressed with everything about the property as it was flawless in every way & just a little piece of heaven here on earth. It was definitely what we was looking for to start off a long life together & we definitely will be back to enjoy it again.

Clean, comfortable, lovely

Two adult couples for 5 days. The property was spotless, had amazing beds and linens, and the firepit and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen had the basics and there were plenty of towels and soap. The game room was a very nice touch and we spent many hours there. For others looking to rent, we had a wonderful time and the property met our needs perfectly. Of note: Three of us were small and slim in stature and were comfortable in the chairs around the table and in the living room. One of us was a bit larger (5' 10" and 250 lbs.) and he found that the chairs were a bit small for him.

Cute and relaxing place right on the water

Very nice and clean place. The host was also very responsive to us whenever we contacted them. The only thing I wish it had was some sort of shades for the main room/kitchen. It could get a little blinding when the sun was out. Would stay there again!

Awesome!

We visit Hot Springs 1-2 times a year and this by far is the best place we have stayed! Much better than the outdated Hotels! Owners were so easy and even reached out to ask if there was anything that was needed out of the ordinary. Great place and great folks.

Gorgeous, Top Quality and So Relaxing

We loved it, Top of the line everything. Loved the thick fluffy towels. The beds and bed linens were so soft and plush, we’d like to know where they were purchased. The property is so quiet and peaceful. It’s decorated with a cool modern vibe.
