Quaint space truly made for comfort. This space has been made with your privacy in mind. Washer/Dryer Combo readily available and conveniently located right outside your door (for your use only, no need to coordinate with others on availability of machine). You can enjoy your meals outside on the patio and soak in that amazing California sun. Prefer indoors? No worries, inside you'll find a letdown tabletop that can also be utilized as extra counter space. Relax and unwind with a complimentary bottle of wine or sparkling cider (your choice).

Kitchenette with ample refrigerator space (who likes to go to the grocery store everyday...No one). Appliances available for your use include an Air Fryer, Instapot, One burner hot plate, Microwave, and Electric Kettle, plenty of options to prepare your meals. And while the cooking part may be fun (at least to some) the cleaning part has never been the desirable task. Well it just got easier with a countertop dishwasher!

After, put your feet up and relax and enjoy a book or a little TV (Binge-watching is totally appropriate and sometimes necessary:))

Feel free to take a swim with your time off in our heated pool. This will be a shared space with our family so please be mindful and clean up behind yourself.
*Pool closed on Mondays for pool maintenance.

Street parking available (you wont have ANY issues finding parking). * Warning: if parking on the street, please be aware of street cleaning Mondays 8am-12pm. *
You can also park on driveway but best for smaller cars as the driveway will be shared with other cars.

We love traveling professionals! This is a small space perfect for the solo tourist or the small family. Message us for more information on adding more than 3 guests (2 adults and 2 small children will be permitted) All guest must be registered! If anticipating more than 1 person please let us know names and ages. Only registered guest allowed on property.

Quiet Hours 8pm-7am (city ordinances) We appreciate a good time but absolutely NO parties.

While we do love furry friends, please don't bring them with you.

The unit is attached to the main house. It has a full-size bed along with a twin size pull out couch.

Fun Fact- we have a 2yr old, who is a chatter box during the day and sometimes his voice travels through the walls. Don't worry he sleeps great at night.
