This family friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfectly situated for any itinerary with boating, shopping, and family-friendly attractions nearby.

Downstairs has a beautiful private bedroom, upstairs is a spacious loft with a private bath.

The open kitchen, dining, and living room make for the perfect place to visit with family or relax at the end of the day.

The balcony is perfect to have a cup of coffee while watching the wild life around the lake.

I live and work in Branson, I am here if you need me, but I will not bother you unless I have to while you are in town,

Clean and comfortable

Our group of 3 adults and 2 kids stayed for 2 nights for a concert in ridgedale. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view! We all agreed we would stay here again!

Relaxing stay.

Enjoyed staying in this condo and playing in the Branson area. Plenty of room and quiet. Wonderful view off the deck of the river.

The condo was in a great location on the river. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location for families on vacation wanting to do all the activities available in Branson. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Cozy and Clean

Appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Host was responsive and accommodating. Nicely remodeled and nice view of the lake.

Great Branson Getaway!

We loved this property! Katie was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. We loved the location which was a few buildings away from Fall Creek Marina. The view of Taneycomo lake was amazing. The area was quiet and peaceful. We will return!

Wonderful View

Great place, perfect for my family of 4. The view of the river is amazing and so peaceful/quiet. Loft room was great for my 2 boys and gave us the space we needed vs a hotel. Location is still close to the main roads in Branson so no trouble getting around, even benefited from the side roads to avoid traffic. Host communicated well and was very kind.

I liked the view of the river off of the deck just outside the dining area. The rugs were dirty in the bathroom and in the living room The internet was in and out. Otherwise, we enjoyed the facility. Thank you

Cute little place

The owner has styled this condo in a way that will appeal to young adults. It is smaller than it appears in the photos. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Lake Tanecomo is right outside the window and it was interesting watching the fishermen floating downriver from the damn, and motoring back up to the damn. The condo has a very nicely furnished deck which would be very nice in warmer weather.

No complaints just some notes

No grill on deck but community charcoal grill right next to unit. No toaster, not a big deal just an fyi. Great location on the water, walkable to marina, would stay again.

Great view, peaceful!

Condo view was perfect, as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, no issues with neighbors. Plenty of space for us parents and teen. Beautiful view off the Dec of storms at night. The Branson strip and attractions were all within 10-15 minutes. The only downfall was spotty internet the first 2 days and none the last. For relaxing purposes (TV) and work, that was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise it was a great stay. Communication with owners was on point - quick and responsive.

Branson Condo

Our stay was nice. Very cute & cozy condo. I would recommend maybe doing a follow up on the cleaning company. It was terribly bad or anything to get upset about. Just recommending is all. We were not able to enjoy the deck due to lots of cobs & wasps were bombarding us. We found a couple nests under the railing. Other than that it was a great place.

Just ok but wouldn’t stay again

First impression, it smelled funny . No cleaner smell , needs air fresheners . WIFI was absolutely horrible . Took over 30 minutes to get one of the four TVs to work then kept freezing during shows. Half the remotes had dead batteries . We never did get two TVs to work and the other one not till the morning we left . Location was hard to find and not where we wanted. I searched the LANDING location and this was nowhere near that . The building itself the stairs look very questionable and I was scared to even walk on them . I did not sleep for two nights due to noises from neighbors I guess, and beds were not comfortable. Overall not good experience.

Clean but Noisy and Smelled like Marijuana from previous visitors

The house was clean and accommodating. We were glad with the weather that we chose a place like this to stay in. I would say the only downfalls were when we opened the door it was clear that someone had smoked marijuana in the house before we arrived. Also, the tenants downstairs played loud music the vibrated the ground from the time we woke up until the time we went to bed.
