Discount Gulf Coast Beach Getaway

The Gulf Coast has long been a premier beach getaway. Known for it white sand beaches, this ranch style house is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach!
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a patio and BBQ grill and a newly constructed fire pit. We have also equipped the house with table tennis and dual indoor basketball arcade to keep the kiddos and adults entertained. ★ Please note:Mississippi rail history date back to 1835 when the railroad began operations hauling cotton. From time to time you will hear trains passing through. It is all apart of The Gulf's Coast rich history!

★ We have two 24/7 motion activated recording cameras overlooking the front door/driveway and the side door, which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property and are for guest safety and the home in general.

★ There is a non-refundable $75 PER pet per stay fee. 2 pet Max. 20lbs or less. Additionally a Pet Addendum may be required prior to check in.

★ There are BUGS in this beach community and you might find some unwelcome guests.
▻We have regular pest control so it makes sense you might find critters that didn’t make it.

★ We do not provide lighter fluid or wood for the FirePit for liability reasons.

★ Parties, smoking in the house and guests not included in reservation are also strictly prohibited and subject to $200 fine EACH if in violation.

The house was nice and had lots of sleeping options. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and other necessities. Fire pit was nice and my husband enjoyed the basketball game. Great place to stay and close to beach, stores and restaurants.

Wonderful weekend getaway to the gulf

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to Bay St. Louis The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone.

Great spot for the beaten path

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this was a great spot for us to rest up and take a break from the rowdiness of the events in the area. Host was easy to reach and very responsive, house was clean with all the amenities you'd need. Definitely a great pick.

Fabulous home away from home!

Perfect Beach House

Property was clean and exactly like pictures. Large family room & comfortable beds. Large kitchen with essentials. Walking distance to beach if you don't have little ones. Close to Walmart and gas stations. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

My family stayed for a weekend after 4th of July. The house was perfect size for our family of 9. Michelle was very quick to respond to messages. I loved the neighborhood. It was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you Michelle for sharing your house with us. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!!!! Very quiet

This house was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were a little rude about the trash cans, which was a little uncalled for, but after that they left us alone. Other than that is was great! The location was perfect!! Thank yall for everything and for having us, we'll be back!!

Pleasant place

Our stay was awesome. The property owner allowed us to check in early due to our event starting at the time of check in. The place was clean and it was only 20 minutes from the venue. Excellent and Quick responses from the property owner. I definitely recommend.

Family Summer Vacay 2023

We were very happy with our stay. Property manager was easy to work with. We had an 8 year old and a 2 year year old so we didn't walk to beach but would be doable for older teens and young adults. Neighborhood is quite and property as advertised. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Family gathering

A nice place to get together with family. Enjoyed the basketball game. Beds were very comfortable. Nice patio area. Fence could use some repair (for small dogs). Ok for large dogs. We just blocked it off. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was warm and cozy. We found everything we needed at our fingertips. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can definitely tell that she put a lot of thought into preparing the residence. close to the beaches and shops. Will definitely comeback the next time we visit the area.

Location is great!

We were allowed to check in 2 hours early which was very helpful, as our flights were early. The house was clean and well decorated. Kids really loved playing on the indoor basketball hoop. Lots of options to choose from on the multiple tvs. We were able to walk to the beach and use the umbrella and beach accessories. Owner was super great at communication with our questions too. Will book again.

Nice, clean place

We enjoyed the property and it met all our needs. However, the dog next door decided that we didn't need to sleep. I contacted the owner and received no assistance in this matter. I am not sure what they could do, but a call to the neighbor would have been nice. This was a work trip and we were exhausted when we got in but the dog never stopped barking. It made all the efforts the owner did to make the stay nice hard to enjoy. It was a nice place and was accurately represented online.

Vacation

Home was as described in listing. We were not aware of the railroad being so close…if you are a light sleeper, this could affect your stay. The house was clean, with more than enough room to accommodate a larger group. Bathrooms were on the small size with no counter/shelf space for toiletries. It had three large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bedrooms did not have any dressers for your belongings. This wouldn’t have been an issue if it would have been only for a weekend.So we spent the week literally in our bags everyday because there wasn’t a place for undergarments or toiletries. Frustrating. We also had to buy a fill in shower head because the one in the bathroom only had three small streams no matter what setting it was placed on. We did have to contact the property manager with a question and received prompt attention. I’m giving the overall rating because I could not unpack and just relax…always in my luggage and the feeling of an untidy bedroom the whole visit.
