Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Centrally located in beautiful SW Bakersfield, just minutes from two separate shopping centers with plenty of restaurants and three different golf courses.

The custom built outdoor kitchen/bar and the covered patio with dining table are perfect for get togethers with family and friends. Enjoy the salt water pool on the hot summer days or the spa during the cooler months.

House includes 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a game room.
The space
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. No part of the house is shared with any other guests during your stay. Neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful park just a short walk from the house. Golf courses, shopping, and restaurants within just a mile or two from the neighborhood. Perfect west-central location!

Other things to note
Each bedroom includes a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock, and PureFlix. Nespresso pods are provided as a gift and more can be made available upon request. The house contains a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. It is set up to feel like your home away from home!

Pets are allowed under some circumstances. Host approval and an additional pet cleaning fee will be required prior to booking so please send inquiry before booking.

Time for a getaway

Everything was good. Served our needs and the kids loved the pool!! Host was very responsive to our questions/needs. We were going to a convention and this home was perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful Place to Stay Close to Everything

We rented this home for a family reunion with a very large group coming together to enjoy the outdoor space for a family picnic and BBQ on one of the days. The weather was a lot cooler than expected for the end of March but the kids all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. We will definitely rent the house again next time we visit.

Perfect

We came to Bakersfield to celebrate my mother’s life, have a memorial with the family. Jonathan was more than accommodating. The house was perfect for all the family to stay at, we had family from Oregon and Northern California. There was plenty of room and the backyard was perfect for us. I appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again if we needed to. Thank you!

This property was a great place for our family gathering! We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen. There were lots of towels for both pool use and for showers and the laundry machines made it easy to keep enough towels clean. The bunk rooms were great for the kids. Only downside was that cookong inside was hot with no cooking exhaust fan.Jonathan, our host, struck the perfect balance between allowing us privacy while syill being available when we needed him. When the outdoor outlets stopped working he coached us through resetting the GFCI and then came an fixed it himself when we couldnt do it on our own. When our group of teenagers and young afults maxed out the number of internet devices on the wifi, he supplied access to an additional network. Jonathan had great communication and was very accommodating for our requests such as early check in and allowing us to park a small travel trailer in the driveway.It was a wondeful house and we would stay there again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Very serviceable

The house is very serviceable -- it worked fine for a friends' and kids' get-together, and the air conditioning held up in the 110 degree heat. Some of the details were lacking (some rust, not enough plates/cutlery, noisy neighbors despite the warnings to tenants about quiet hours) but the owner is easy to work with and the house overall worked well.

Lovely home & Great Host

We came to Bakersfields for our sisters wedding and we all have not seen each other for years. We all came from out of town several hours away and one also flew in. The Host was very responsive and very friendly. The beds and pillows were all so comfy. Plenty of towels and fun for the whole family reunion. The house is exactly as it is listed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for the great experience! I wished all Host were like this one!

Great value and space for large family

The owner was great, friendly and good communication and even came quickly to help with a small issue upon check-in. The house has many bedrooms and beds, which are great for a large family or friends gathering. The house and amenities are in OK condition and the neighborhood felt safe. A few things are keeping it from a 5 star property. The hot tub did not work properly, the inside and outside could use a good deep cleaning - lots of dust, cob webs, etc. around. Some neighbors have a dog that barks a lot and some neighbors clearly smoke a lot of marijuana. Overall a good house for the value.
