The space
Boho, meditative, unique, and spacious relaxing space filled with art, house plants and eclectic furniture. An area to mediate, to soften, to sense and to unwind. Our house has keyless entrance.

The Bedroom features are:
- Main bedroom has a king sized bed
- Upstairs bedrooms have queen sized bed
- Extra pillows, bedsheets and towels are available for your comfort stay
- Access to washer and dryer
- Direct access to the wash room/bathroom (2.5 bathrooms)
***The Bathroom includes a bathtub perfect for calming bubble baths after a long day***

The Kitchenette comes with:
- a fully stocked cabinets with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and pans for your comfortable stay
- a stove and oven to prepare your favorite meals
- a dishwasher to cut down on hand washing
- Coffee maker
- Toaster
- a standard fridge and freezer
- a full roll of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies to start your stay off on a good note

P.S. All guests are allotted TWO PARKING SPOTS in our gated community with direct access to house through backyard. All other vehicles must be parked on the street marked with guest parking adjacent to the house.

Cleaning fees
We take pride in ourselves for providing you a relaxing and clean space for our guests. We hire professional cleaners that not only work hard, but to keep the house in excellent condition. Be be respectful of the house. Our cleaning crew treat the house as their own and we pay them much higher than other competitors. If during your stay is not up to the standard, so please let us know immediately and we will address it and to make your stay even more pleasant!

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so be mindful of our neighbors. Please minimize any noise past 10pm to respect our neighbors. Sorry but we do not allow parties or events! Max total guests are 6 people. All additional guest MUST BE APPROVED by the host. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in violating your booking terms and may result in additional fees. Please note, we have security cameras on the exterior side of the home to make sure the safety of our guests, our home & your vehicles.
