Reconnect with family and friends in this beautiful condominium nestled in the heart of the Grand Strand. We love so many things about this property! Wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise while dolphins swim along the coast from our two oceanfront balconies overlooking the outdoor heated pool. The views here are unbeatable from the ideal second floor location.

Here you will find three separate balconies: two spacious oceanfront balconies with seating for six and one small, screened balcony on the back side of the home. The home underwent extensive renovations, completed in December 2024, which include a new kitchen, upgrades in both bathrooms, and new furnishings and decor throughout. We included smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. The home is equipped with room darkening curtains or shutters. We provide your linens- all new in 2024! We also provide starter toiletries and essential supplies so you can arrive, relax, and unwind before doing your shopping. Enjoy an assortment of board games, complimentary wifi, and comfortable and luxurious bedding.

We're located in an ideal, central location on the Grand Strand. You can easily walk to restaurants and attractions or take a 5 minute drive to many activities, including Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Skywheel, and more! Beautiful condo, awesome location

Condo is a bit smaller than I had thought but 6 adults had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. It had everything we needed. Location can’t be beat on the beach. We rented beach umbrella and chairs which was super convenient and easy. We appreciated all of the tips and recommendations from the host. Highly recommend!

Myrtle Beach Family Vacation 2025

The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, two TVs, and a washer/dryer, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The 2 ocean front balconies offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Parking across the street was very easy. Allison was a wonderful host to work with. Highly recommend !!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. I really loved the view from the balcony. Parking across the street was easy. The pool was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient location to Broadway on the Beach.

The unit itself was as pictured—nicely decorated and updated. Views were fantastic! The resort could use some tlc, but the outdoor pool was nice. It’s in a convenient location—it’s close to a lot of attractions. Our time was greatly interrupted by the extremely loud construction right outside at the pier. The drilling was so loud, you couldn’t have a conversation on the balcony. It is a very active construction site and is disruptive and loud.

Great experience

Can’t go wrong with this condo rental. Property is extremely well maintained. We gave 5 stars to property management and responding to our every request. Should be 6 stars!! Beach access was close and convenient. Parking was not a problem. Second floor corner location provided great views of ocean.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

This is a beautiful condo with all of the comforts of home. There are two beautiful balconies with comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the sound of the ocean. There is a nice pool to enjoy as well. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay at the condo again.

Easy access to pools/hot tubs and ocean. Loved the yard area bc the beach was a little too windy and chilly. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms were clean. Cute decor and lovely patio!

Great Beach view

We had a great time , but the master shower did not drain, had six people using one shower and the bath towels were kids size. The view to the beach from the condo was awesome and easy access to beach. Had a great stay!

The property was fantastic and looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and well appointed. The family loved it. And location was great. We could walk pretty much wherever we needed to go. And everything else was within a few minutes drive.

Great spot to stay

Everything you need is provided here except the groceries! Full amenities and wonderful resort amenities. We had a hard time packing up to leave when we were done because it was a wonderful place to be! Just steps from the sand and 2 pools and hot tubs available.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. The view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and dolphins and the easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach. Also lots of great dining and shopping nearby both by car and in walking distance. Allison is a wonderful host. Would stay here again!

Great Place

Nice Condo the family really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed the trip and everything was as advertised. 4 for location only because there was a scary encounter in the parking deck early one morning. I wouldn’t let my wife or kids go unaccompanied in the parking deck before daylight.

When we were looking for a place to call our own in Myrtle Beach, this property stood out for several reasons. We love that it's in a smaller, quieter resort in the absolute best location on the Grand Strand. We love the pool just below our balconies and the unbeatable views. We love the largest balcony, one of the largest we've seen in Myrtle Beach, and that's why we've placed *the most* comfortable furniture here. You're sure to spend a lot of time on this balcony! It's a favorite spot for everyone that comes to visit! We love sitting outside in the morning, watching dolphins. We spent much of 2022 renovating this home with you, our guests, in mind. We've tried to include everything you would need in a home-away-from-home. We love that our kids can enjoy the amenities but the overall noise is much less than some other resorts nearby. We love the brand new beach access with no stairs! We love that there is an elevator in the building. We love that there are only two units on each floor of our building, which makes it feel so private and quiet. We love that we can walk to so many wonderful restaurants! We love that there is a lifeguard on duty all summer right outside our building. There is so much to love about this place. Remember when you book with us, that this is a residential resort where many people live full time. Please be considerate of our neighbors. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
