Second Bedroom – Full-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Community Amenities

During your stay, you’ll have access to the community’s shared unheated swimming pool, typically open May through October (and sometimes longer, weather permitting). It’s the perfect spot for a quick dip after a morning on the beach or an afternoon of sightseeing.

For added convenience, there’s also a coin-operated laundry facility within the community—ideal for refreshing your beach towels and swimwear during your stay.

Parking Details

Each unit in the complex has one designated parking spot located just outside the gate, near the condo. If you’re bringing a second vehicle, you may park in one of the marked guest spaces. Please note there is a two-vehicle limit per unit.

Pedestrian Beach Access: A dedicated ramp directly across the street makes it easy to walk onto the beach.

Drive-On Beach Access: Daytona Beach is one of the few places where you can drive your vehicle directly onto the sand (parking fees apply).
