Eureka Springs Historical Luxury, stay ON Table Rock Lake next to the Little Golden Gate bridge! A short gorgeous 6-mile/14-minute drive from downtown Eureka Springs and Passion Play - this is full luxury lakefront 2 King Master Bedrooms w 2 large baths. The massive 180degree views of the lake and bridge will have you relaxing in style while you watch the boats go by. Complete pro remodel inside and out in 2022. Fast WiFi. 600 count linens. We have other new 7 and 2-bed units if needed as well.
The space
All-new luxury everything! Massive kitchen to cook and eat in front of the lake. The lodge was built in 1901 and has tons of history and uniqueness. Perfect for families or 4 adults. New mattresses. Brand new cold AC and heat in each room for personal comfort. Kids love the area for the playground and swimming dock at the park. Tons of outdoor activities at your doorstep. We have a great pontoon boat for rent to get the whole family on as it seats 12 and is at the lodge ready to go. RESERVE THE BOAT WHEN YOU BOOK THE LODGE AS IT RENTS OUT FAST. Access boat ramps in front of the lodge. Holiday Island has an 18-hole golf course and a very nice 9-hole executive course on the water with real par 4s. New pickleball courts with all the gear at Holiday Island rec center. Mountain bike, fish, kayak, city park with a swim dock and playground. Great grocery store 5 min. drive at Holiday Island. All kitchen amenities are provided.

Family trip to white river

Checked in easily without code. View of the river from the windows was beautiful. Big Kids were able to just play in the water while we watched from windows. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Owner responded quickly when we asked for more towels. We had a lovely stay.

Great for a weekend retreat

Nice place, but we stayed on the lower level. The guests above us had children and teens, and the foot steps were loud, especially during early morning hours. Next time, I’d request upper unit!

Amazingly peaceful stay.

This property is GREAT! The house was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Having the large and shaded porch/balcony area was perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the weather. On top of all of that, the location is amazing. We were a 30 second walk from the water, and the views were excellent. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. Maybe we'll bring some friends and rent the larger unit upstairs!

Amazing property!

The views were just wonderful. We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving. The property had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner for family. Communication was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Great property just wish I had known two things. 1). This was a multi unit property and not a single dwelling which I thought- the walls were thin, and there was a large group upstairs- would have liked to have known that it was a multi unit property. 2) this was a lakefront property, which was amazing. However, the parking was totally occupied with boats, trailers and toys. It left no parking for our unit. We ended up parking about a block away.

Great weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend with friends visiting Eureka Springs, and our stay at Holiday Island was very peaceful and enjoyable. The space was clean, beds were comfortable and we had most everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great property and location

+location, beautiful renovations, the view!, beach access, distance from restaurants and other establishments, overall loved it -as described in other reviews, bathroom door broke, smell of septic was not terrible, but noticeable, especially when neighbors moved in upstairs

Family Getaway

Although, not very long, we enjoyed our stay. The space had what we needed when cooking. The beds were comfortable and the living space was enough for the three of us. The view of the lake was nice to wake up to while drinking our coffee.

Very nice property

Very nice property! Kitchen is awesome, well stocked. Everything was super nice. Comfortable beds with dark rooms and cold A/C made for great sleeping. Lake across the street any time kids wanted to play in the water.

Unique Location w/ Stunning Views

This rental was absolutely stunning, the location was great, and everything was well stocked. Stayed with my spouse and 1 year old. The whole place was really well stocked including a pack and play, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen. Beds were really comfortable. There are mini splits in each room so you have great temperature control. Parkimg is easy. Host recommended some awesome spots. It was about a 12 minute drive to Eureka Springs. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!A few notes:Noise- this is a downstairs unit, so there may be renters above. If you are really sensitive to noise, then take that into consideration. Cellular and wifi - At&t service was not great there. The wifi works really well in the common spaces (not in the back rooms) so wasn't an issue.

Geese Galor

The description of the listing was very accurate. It was well furnished and beautifully decorated. The windows that overlooked the lake gave us our entertainment as we watched families of geese everyday. That was a great way to relax after a full day of sightseeing.

Wonderful place on the lake

Our family was staying in the bigger property upstairs and a few of the elders and me decided to rent this property below to have a bit more privacy. The modern upgrades made for a comfortable stay - the kitchen and living room had the most amazing view! We were able to watch the kids swim in the lake from the huge windows. The bedrooms were dark and quiet - the best sleep I've had in a while! The bathrooms were immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the location - close to Eureka Springs, but far enough away. The walks along the lake are memories we will keep forever in our hearts, reminiscing about this wonderful place. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing View

The view from the living area and kitchen is absolutely breathtaking. The expansive window array overlooking the lake allows for a 180 deg + viewiewing. Everything is crisp and clean. Messaged the owner a few questions beforehand about the contents of the unit and if it was not already in the unit, she made it available. Very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Major toilet issues

Toilet in the white bathroom started leaking and when it was noticed the morning after check in, we thought it was just moisture from the shower. When we got back to the property around 6 p.m. the bathroom was wet almost to the door with “debris” floating out from under it. Upon further inspection we found the toilet was not even secured to the floor properly. I notified the name listed in my emails and also the booklet on the coffee table. It was 6:07 p.m.After some back and forth, she said the plumber would be there in appropriate 40 minutes. That text came at 9:25 p.m.At that point we decided to leave. My sister had already slipped on the wet tile and almost fell. This was our vacation and we had our itinerary set for the next day and did not want to wait until past 10 p. m. For the plumber and a housekeeper to clean up the mess. It was unsanitary. We are retired people and do not stay up late. That would have impacted our plans for the next day. We texted the number given In the emails and the book inside the property. According to VRBO we should have notified them immediately. Since we didn’t, we are not entitled to a refund. Buyer beware!!!
