Not worth the price

Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly.

Property and host were VERY DISSATISFYING

The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. The dishes were not cleaned I found food inside of the cooking pots MOZZARELLA STICKS to be exact. Once I stared using the sink in the kitchen the whole kitchen floor became wet because of it leaking under the sink. I tried reaching out to the host and he wouldn’t answer my calls. He texted and said he would send a plumber who never showed up, and told me to use the bathroom sinks for my cooking needs. The downstairs neighbor was very rude to our children using profanity. I reached out to the host again and got response via text stating that he was in an emergency and couldn’t help. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STAY AND FEEL I DESERVE A REFUND BECAUSE THERE WETE SO MANY BAD THINGS HERE . From unsanitary conditions to leaking pipes just EVERYTHING. I would not ever recommend this host EVER!

The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me.
