This 2021 RV is perfect for a couple or small family. Great outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the sunset. Covered thatched roof canopy covering a picnic table, extra outside seating1. The bedroom provides a king sized bed and the love seat folds out to a small bed. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

It was expected for a camper. My son rented a mini house and liked my camper more. We didn’t stay inside for much, just sleep and bathing. The picture of the bedroom was a bit misleading or great photography. The bed was huge. It fit my granddaughter and I perfectly. Hence the huge bed took up almost all the bedroom. That was ok we had a great sleep ready for the next day. We had no complaints. It was perfect for our purpose and budget. The water was hot, the pressure perfect. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Overall it was a great location. The camper was nice, except no outside lighting for the front door a pan of toxic human waste under the camper from a leak,that also permeated inside. Had to fix the bbq pit in order to use it and also had to fix the water hose to be able to use it as well.

The property was nice and in a great location. I love that it was quiet and very spaced out from others. The only thing that we had an issue with was the bedroom smelling like sewer. We were booked for three nights and ended up leaving early. Overall, if they would get that fixed it would be 5 star.

Smell of raw sewage soon as you got out of your car. Come to find out leaking raw sewage out bottom of rv, look like right at toilet, confirmed it was. Host ghosted us soon as we got there. Looks like they knew about it because they put a plastic tub under it to catch sewage but was over flowing when we got there. Washed all of it down with water hose, still leaking all weekend. We didn't use the toilet on fear of adding to it. Total nightmare, pic of bucket of sewage below

We stayed (or rather, attempted to stay) from 7/25/25 to 7/28/25 . When we arrived, the trailer had visible human waste stuck behind the toilet flush plate, a strong sewage odor, and human waste leaking from the outside. I documented everything immediately upon arrival.When I contacted the host, instead of arranging a fix or offering alternate accommodations, I was told to push the waste down with a pipe and pour enzymes into the tank to “take care of the smell.” Given the waste leaking from the outside along with the dried leak stains on the trailer pad, it was clearly a pre-existing issue.The host later claimed the trailer was clean before my stay and implied I caused the problem. However, given the amount and condition of the waste, it’s obvious this was not a fresh clog from a single use.Because the rental was uninhabitable, I had to leave and book new lodging at over twice the cost. The host refused to provide a full refund. I have rented on Vrbo many times without issues, but this was the worst experience I’ve had.

Rv is not being maintained properly. The cleanliness was decent. Shower head broke off first time we turned on the shower. Shower door was off track and didnt close properly. Dirty underwear and panties were not removed from previous renter. Waste water from toilet was leaking and draining into a tub under the camper. The sewage waste tanks are not being maintained and cleaned properly causing the whole trailer to smell like sewage. I do not recommend this to people trying to enjoy a vacation.

We loved this little hideaway. It's perfect for a couple looking to get away. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. We'll definitely be back.

July 4th

This lil spot is perfect for a couple! The location is perfect and the host is always willing to respond to any questions before and during the stay. It was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back!!!

Long Weekend Trip

We stayed here in June 2025. The camper was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed for our long beach weekend. Communication with the host was good. We had no issues. Thank you!

Great visit

We came for the weekend for our 31st Anniversary/Mother's day and every was perfect. The RV was beautiful and has everything we needed. The outside was just as nice. We will definitely book again!

Pleasant but not amazing, wouldn't book again

So its a nice neighborhood and a short walj to the beach which was nice..... but the communication wasnt great. We did have to go buy spray because of an odd smell in the evenings that are mainly in the bedroom which is right next to the bath. The stove and oven did not work which was upsetting since bought food to cook and then couldn't and the host fix was go remove it which needs tools we dont have because were on vacation and then he said to go buy or exchange a new one and he'd cash app me which is not normal for what id except a vrbo host to say so we just ended up going without that promised amenity and when we asked for a little bit of reimbursement due to that fact the host went completely ghost.

No water /propane

No water 2 of 3 nights... We were booked 3 nights at the RV..ONLY had COLD water the last evening of our stay.... the Rv was clean, property was clean.. The night we get there, the water was not working, we got ahold of the property owner, she advised maybe the whole neighborhood was out due to repairs in the neighborhood, that she would check on it in the morning. The next day, city came out & turned on the water (It was NOT off due to neighborhood repairs) and the camper was leaking water so they turned it back off. She advised us she was calling a plumber... a plumber never showed up.. The next day at 1pm one finally showed up & advised us the grey line was backed up & full overflowing, causing the leak & the outdoor shower was left on.. it was repaierd. Ok cool we got water finally on our last evening there... went to shower, guess what, no propane, only COLD WATER... She advised us if we go change out the propane takes she would reimburse us for the tanks... at this point, we were leaving the next morning & just ready to go, and decided not to exchange them.We check out & i message her, asking her for some sort of reimbursement, at least a partial reimbursement, since we were there without water ON A BEACH, for 2 of the 3 nights & then ONLY COLD WATER on the last night. She never responded, and has not reimbursed any part of our stay... If i cpuld give ZERO STARS, I would ..how do u rent out an RV with no water/ and not try to make it right with your guests...

Nice but smelly

The overall property was very clean and well maintained, the outside patio with the closed in fence was great for our dog and our toddler. However the bathroom and the sewage smelled up the entire camper, the entire time and it was leaking sewage everytime we flushed under the camper. I would have actually switched places but it was too late and nothing else was available. The door also locked us out twice and kept getting stuck, the back up key wasnt far but could have been bad

Quick Weekend Get away

We got rained on ( but didn't care) , crabbed, fished, took an awesome nap, and just relaxed overall. Accomodations were clean and cozy and just perfect for a last minute weekend get away .

Had a great time!

Came with my wife to stay for the weekend and we had a great time. The RV was roomier than I had imagined it would be and we were super comfy. Had a couple of questions for the property owner and they were answered quickly :) would stay again!
