Great place to stay

Yelleville on sunset was perfect for us. The house was very nice and clean while also close enough to all Disney attractions to make it a nice easy drive. The outdoor patio is a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or a dip in the pool after a long day.

Best holiday, excellent accommodation, highly recommend.

Such a lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Everything is thought of, home from home. Has great pool with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Location great, 10 mins to Disney gates, half hour to Universal, not in busiest times (add 10 mins) but for getting to parks early before opening not long at all. Only 5 mins to some lovely restaurants, Walmarts, gifts shops etc. lovely gated community, highly recommend.

Great house!

After a long day in the Disney parks this was a wonderful house to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the heated pool as it was still a little chilly in the mornings and evenings. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook each night which was nice as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean property close to everything

We loved our stay at Yelleville! The house was immaculately clean and the backyard was beautiful. All beds had a very comfortable mattress topper and the living space was spacious and open. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great Stay

My family really enjoyed our stay in Florida. The house is beautiful and very open in the living space. The neighborhood was quiet. Justin was very attentive to addressing one concern regarding the pool needing some chemicals which was addressed the same day. Will definitely consider rebooking when we return to Florida.

Justin and Jenni’s story is one of serendipity—a chance encounter that became a lifelong love. In 2005, fate brought them together in the most unexpected way: a small fender bender in Jacksonville, Florida! What could have been an ordinary moment quickly turned into the start of an extraordinary journey.

Justin, originally from Rochester, NY, was in college in Orlando, while Jenni was studying in a quiet town in Southern Ohio. That single meeting led to hours of conversation, lasting friendship, and eventually a beautiful life together.

Today, their story is filled with laughter, family, and adventure, sharing life with two wonderful boys. Their homes are crafted with the same care they bring to life—thoughtful touches, comfort, and a warm invitation to truly relax.

Justin and Jenni are thrilled to welcome you into their space and hope your stay feels like a journey to relaxation and renewal—a little escape built with care, comfort, and a touch of coastal serenity.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

For Justin and Jenni, owning a second home was never just about property—it was about creating a sanctuary, a place where their family could escape the demands of daily life and find peace. Far from the snowy streets of Rochester, NY, this tranquil retreat became a haven from harsh winters and a space for rejuvenation.

Their vision extended beyond their own family. They wanted to share the calm and serenity of their home with others—families, couples, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. The goal was simple: to offer a refuge from the stresses of everyday life.

Inside, the space reflects this intention. Warm, soothing colors and a coastal, boho-inspired design evoke the carefree spirit of summer, while every detail is thoughtfully curated to inspire relaxation and renewal.

Guests are invited to unwind, recharge, and reconnect—whether lounging on the sun-drenched patio, enjoying a quiet moment on the couch, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Every corner of the home encourages presence, comfort, and enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures.

Justin and Jenni’s retreat isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a sanctuary for the soul, where every moment offers a chance to find peace, joy, and contentment.
