Relaxing

The home was very clean and spacious. The pool was very refreshing. Justin was very quick to answer our question. Checking in and out was very easy. The proximity to all the Disney parks was awesome. I would totally book another stay here in the future.

Best holiday, excellent accommodation, highly recommend.

Such a lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Everything is thought of, home from home. Has great pool with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Location great, 10 mins to Disney gates, half hour to Universal, not in busiest times (add 10 mins) but for getting to parks early before opening not long at all. Only 5 mins to some lovely restaurants, Walmarts, gifts shops etc. lovely gated community, highly recommend.

Nice home and cozy

The house is cozy not a lot of living space , was very clean and host was very responsive, kitchen was very bare great place to stay for a short time... Very close to all attractions.. would recommend for a small amount of people..

Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay in Kissimmee! Very clean, plenty of room & had all the amenities you need (including fans which most places don't provide). Overall perfect set up for a family vacation- Also, the hosts were amazing to work with. Thank you Justin for fast communication and professionalism. Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay

Yelleville on sunset was perfect for us. The house was very nice and clean while also close enough to all Disney attractions to make it a nice easy drive. The outdoor patio is a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or a dip in the pool after a long day.

Beautiful, clean property close to everything

We loved our stay at Yelleville! The house was immaculately clean and the backyard was beautiful. All beds had a very comfortable mattress topper and the living space was spacious and open. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great Stay

My family really enjoyed our stay in Florida. The house is beautiful and very open in the living space. The neighborhood was quiet. Justin was very attentive to addressing one concern regarding the pool needing some chemicals which was addressed the same day. Will definitely consider rebooking when we return to Florida.

Great house!

After a long day in the Disney parks this was a wonderful house to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the heated pool as it was still a little chilly in the mornings and evenings. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook each night which was nice as well! We would definitely stay here again!

the house was a perfect place to stay. everything needed once we walked in the house. made our vacation time so much easier. never want to stay at a hotel when you have a perfect vacation home to relax. i have to thank Justin for all his updates and would recommend the house .

Great for Spring Break

This was perfect for my family of 5 the house was in a perfect location of the parks and fully equipped with everything we needed. The weather was cooler than expected so I am happy we decided to get the pool heated it allowed my littles to truly enjoy it. Host was great made check in and out a breeze. I would definitely book again.

Our stay at Yelleville was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, with easy access to all the parks and amenities. Absolutely amazing!!!

My husband and I took two of our grandchildren to Walt Disney. The house was amazing, location amazing and the kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again in the future. We felt very safe and secure in the gated community. We loved our time there and felt right at home!!!

Great house. Great trip!

Big thanks to Justin for opening his place to me and my family on our recent Disney trip. The house was accommodating, clean and had everything we needed for an awesome trip. Fantastic!

The house was perfect for a girls+kids weekend to Disney! We had 4 kids under the age of 7 and they all loved being able to share a bunk bed room, plus the pool was a big hit. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Beautifully maintained and decorated. Check-in was fast and easy. The proximity to Disney was ideal and it was extremely easy going back & forth. I highly recommend this owner and property!

Justin, originally from Rochester, NY, was in college in Orlando, while Jenni was studying in a quiet town in Southern Ohio. That single meeting led to hours of conversation, lasting friendship, and eventually a beautiful life together.
