**Wing One** offers a serene haven with three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite with an en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms each feature two double beds, sharing a conveniently located bathroom just outside. This wing comfortably sleeps six adults, making it ideal for families or close friends.



**Wing Two** mirrors the layout of Wing One, comfortably sleeping six adults as well. This wing boasts 2 total double beds in two of the rooms and 1 king bed in a secondary master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This totals two full bathrooms on this wing. Perfect for larger groups seeking ample sleeping arrangements!



**Wing Three** provides versatile space, featuring a cozy bedroom with two double beds and a unique massage room that can transform into an additional eighth bedroom upon request (two twin rollaway beds available). This wing also hosts a fantastic game room, complete with a pool table, a large poker table that doubles as a game table, darts, and an arcade machine filled with over 50 classic games, including fan favorites like Pac-Man, Centipede, and Galaga.



**Wing Four** is the heart of the home, where you’ll find an inviting open-concept living area. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for group cooking, with seating at the island and a table accommodating up to 12 guests. Relax in the spacious sectional while enjoying your favorite shows on the large TV.



Step outside into your personal oasis! The expansive outdoor area features a sparkling pool, luxurious chaise loungers, a cozy outdoor sectional by the fire pit, a bubbling hot tub, for evening gatherings. Fire up the BBQ grill and dine al fresco under the large gazebo, with ample space for everyone. Don’t forget the mini putting green!

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.



The pool company visits the property on Wednesdays and Sundays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.



*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:00 am to start with the exterior of the property.*



* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time.



**When you book the home, please note that a REFUNDABLE incidental security deposit is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the deposit is $1,500 and for Arizona residents, it's $1,900. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid within 6 days of your reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental fee will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.**

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests prior to check-in.



1. Early Check-In - $450 (when available)

2. Late Check-Out - $500 (when available)

3. Pool Heating - $150/night (two-night minimum) *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.

4. Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.

5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (25lb limit and dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

We will not be at the home during your stay. We will be available via phone/text/email anytime for any questions or concerns that you may have.
