❤ Come enjoy this relaxing family home located in the heart of Valley Glen ❤

This home measures around 1,200 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is also a back house to a duplex home, which means it has a rear house that other guests rent separately.

BEDROOMS:
•Master suite 1: Queen bed, a closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. .

•Room 2: Queen bed and a closet.

•Room 3: Two Twin Bunk Beds bed and a closet.


BATHROOMS:
Total of 2 full bathrooms.

The first full bathroom is in the master bedroom. The second one is a common bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All bathrooms are well-supplied with essential toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toilet paper, and hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Equipped with brand-new kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas stove, and more.

The dining table can cater to up to eight (6) guests. Two extra chairs are also hidden in the laundry room.

LIVING ROOM:
Large sectional sofa set and a 55-inch widescreen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, and other online streaming platforms.

PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR:
Street parking is available.
There is a backyard with a patio furniture set, a hot tub, and a gas barbecue grill.

AC/HEAT: This property uses a central AC/Heating system.

WASHER/DRYER: On-site washer and dryer are available and free to be used. Laundry supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and bleach are also provided.

INTERNET CONNECTION: With speeds of up to 400 Mbps or more, you can have a seamless video conference as the others play games online in the background.

BABY GEARS RENTAL: We've worked with a baby equipment rental supplier to offer professional baby gear during your stay. All items have been thoroughly sanitized—free delivery and installation.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until midnight via smart lock (The code will be sent one day before your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)

Security: The property is equipped with security cameras installed on the exterior of the property (i.e., front door) to ensure guest safety.

The home was lovely, very private and quiet. The beds were so comfortable, we slept so well! It was also so nice having the jacuzzi. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, platters etc, and the host was quick responding to questions.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed at their house for two weeks because we were in the middle of moving to another state. It was the perfect transition house for us. It had plenty of space and was fully equipped. The owners were very kind and pleasant when I saw them, but left us Alone. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to LA.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was extremely responsive. Welcomed us by messenger in the VRBO app, asking if we settled in and if we needed anything. The place was well appointed - clean, lots of towels, beautiful interior, lovely and private outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Along with many other little touches that made the place feel like home.The location was perfect for us. We have family all around the LA area, so it kept us in the middle of it all.I very much recommend staying here.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, ein toller Pool und ein schöner Grill sind vorhanden. In den Nächten war es etwas laut, da die Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn oft einschaltet, dafür kann ja aber der Vermieter nichts. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Upon arrival the ac was set to 60 freezing. The hot tub took several hours to warm up and the fridge was warm and completely shut off. I nearly slipped several times in the extremely slippery shower. Master bedroom closet and bathroom lights randomly shut off an on. Hot water took a minimum of 5 minutes to work. Only 1 towel per guest was left out for us. There’s a large uncovered hole in the patio next to the hot tub. The floor is uneven and cracked throughout the house ready to tear a foot open. Baseboards and light fixtures dirty. Parking is best for 1 compact car. Street parking non existent. No tvs in any bedrooms. No extra blankets or bedding. Won’t be back.

Nice Option for Families

The set-up is no-frills and nice: 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 with bunks and 2 bathrooms. It's a good option for families. The house was clean, well-appointed and as-advertised. It's the back house though, so don't expect a stand-alone house/property. The owner was communicative. We had a good experience overall!

Amazing stay near universal studios

Was looking for 2-night stay near universal studios and this property was the perfect choice. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and close to universal studios and hollywood. Highlight was the hot tub, but we didnt get the time to try it out.

Good home in a great spot

This property had everything we needed for a short stay in the area, and its location meant that we were in prime position for all the activities our group was doing. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but it seemed like a fun addition.

Clean, Comfortable and Quaint

Admittedly after reading other reviews, I was nervous, but I found that I had nothing to worry about. It was tricky finding the place but the property manager was very helpful in describing how to navigate getting to it. Once inside the gate, we walked into a well lit, clean and comfortable courtyard. Getting into the house was easy and as instructed by the property. All my concerns were set aside when we stepped inside. The property pictures were accurate. It was clean, comfortable and quaint. If you want a place with a ton of room that you plan to spend most of your day staying at, this might not be for you. However, if you need a clean and comfortable place to stay for 6 or fewer, this place is great. Yes, the beds are firm but they are clean and have mattresses. The two bathrooms were clean, stocked and refreshing. So for the group of guys that we had, it was perfect. We would use the kitchen for early breakfast and late night dinner preparation. We would sit and talk around the kitchen table and the soft living room furniture. It was perfect. I would highly recommend the place and what it has to offer and yes you can trust the pictures that you are seeing. Thanks!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The place was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms have wonderful lighting. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We all should appreciate what a super host does

And looking for a place to stay in the l a are across this property. I love the pictures and The location. The price was very good. However, I wanted to check on a few things just to make sure. This was what I wanted so I looked at previous reviews and I observed two reviews that were just completely out of the norm. These reviews were very negative and one sided. All the other reviews were five star plus however , I did not let this determine decision and decided to Book the property. It was the best decision I ever made. I did notice that there was construction on the grounds, but the insulation in the home. What's up was so top notch that I could barely hear the work being done. This was a new build and everything was in order from the appliances to the odds and ends needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outside was neat and in order and if there was an issue with anything, I received immediate attention and response from my house. So to make a long story short. If I would have based my decision on the first 2 negative reviews that I saw. I would have missed out one wonderful stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants and is looking for a no hassle-free air b. N. B get away

Clean and nice place

Everything was fine. Place was clean and well equipped. Absolutely zero issues Couch is ready to be changed, coffee machine with a few capsules is almost standard at any rental at this point so it would be nice to have also there is a guest house being built at the property so if you want to get up late that's not ideal. We had zero issue with it because we left "early" every day. Nice place worked perfect for us. Thanks

Staycation Gone Horribly Wrong

This property is NOT as listed. The pictures are completely inaccurate and look nothing like the actual property. The furniture has stains, the mattresses are hard as rocks, the floors were sticky upon arrival, andd the home smells like mold and cats.This was really surprising to me, considering that the property manager has such a significant up charge for having more than 4 guests.This was an upcharge that the property manager neglected to mention in his property details. He did, however, mentioned the up charge after I was already booked for the property, had already paid for the property, and was past the time frame for which I could request a refund. Despite all of these issues, I tried to keep a positive mind frame. However, that was really difficult with the condition that the property was in.The hot tub was not working for the time that I was at the property, the jets would not activate and the water was cold. The shower water was lukewarm and the speakers are blown on the television. The property details amenities such as Wi-Fi, but I was never once able to access the Wi-Fi. The router just kept showing s red light (as if the bill wasn't paid). Wifi was definitely needed due to poor reception at this location. I was unable to reach the property host in a timely fashion and none of my issues or concerns were addressed during my stay. I would definitely not recommend this property. For anybody trying to enjoy their time away from home!!!

Comfortable house. Great location!

We stayed at this home for a short trip to LA. The location was great! Only a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios and a short 30 minutes to the Griffith Observatory. The hot tub came in handy after a long day walking around the theme park. The house was very comfortable, modern, and well equipped. The host had great communication about checking in and out of the house.

Loved our stay!

First impression was that this is the cleanest house I’ve ever been in! Really great setup for our group of 7. The bunk beds were brand new mattresses and really comfortable. Outside space was fabulous! Loved the hot tub and ping pong table. Also has a really amazing oven! Stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood, too. Very quiet, not too far from what we wanted to do. Lots of restaurant and grocery store options close by. Greg was always fast at responding and very helpful. Recommend!

VRBO vacation home rental

Decor of home was very nice, house was clean and clutter less. Patio area nice but did not get to utilize hot tub because it had odd odor. Bunk beds were hard as a rock according to the kids. Master bedroom mattress firm but cozy enough. Showers had great water pressure. Toiletries were sparse, literally had 4 squares left on the roll which cause unneeded stress. Air Conditioning felt like it quit working during the night. Would have like amount of towels, toiletries, tp, paper towels and dish soap to match the number rof guest home was reserved for especially with significant upcharge for adding extra guests. Home felt safe and secure and was nice to be close to Universal Studios and friends that reside in California.

Beautiful Home Close to Everything

Amazing home, amazing management, amazing experience! We had a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and this home was perfect for what we needed. Quick 8 mile drive to the bowl and many other surrounding fun activities. The hot tub was a major bonus after a night out of dancing.

Exceptionally Pleasant

This house is clean, private, and in excellent condition. It was our home base for a visit to Universal Studios. It’s located near multiple freeways, making a convenient launching pad. The house is completely fenced with a surprising amount of outdoor space for stretching out.

Family vacation - great rental experience!

We stayed here for our family vacation to LA. We searched properties in this area as it’s very close to Burbank airport and Universal. The house was a perfect fit for us - great location, updated, clean, and we felt very safe. The property manager Grigori was helpful with a question we had on the first night, and everything went completely smoothly! Also a plus - Really good breakfast/lunch spot close by - Victory Donuts. This rental was the perfect choice for our trip, and we highly recommend. Thanks Grigori!
