King's Port on Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs National Park is a newly remodeled lake home featuring a hot tub for six, a single slip boat house, four kayaks, a wood burning fireplace, three decks, a patio with a propane grill and wood smoker, a game room with table tennis, foosball and board games.

We take pride in our 5 Star rated family operation and that is why we are recognized as a Super Host with four vacation rentals in Arkansas!

King's Port is an easily accessible brick home, well appointed and a perfect place for a get together with family and friends.

You can bring your own boat and launch it nearby ... or rent a party barge and have it delivered and picked up at our boat house.

The home is nicely furnished with high tech leather couches, a well appointed kitchen with granite counters ... and of course a washer and dryer, hot and cold water, heat and air conditioning and other important amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

King's Port is a two level home with steps leading down from the patio to the wharf and the boat house.

It is nicely situated in a quiet cove that is safe for swimming and keeping your boat tied up.

We respond quickly and do our best to help our guests in every way possible. Just let us know if you have any kind of question or unexpected issue and we will be right on it.

Once you book we will immediately send you a template with all the information you will need to have a wonderful escape while visiting our beautiful state.

Hot Springs National Park and the surrounding Ouachita Mountains and National Forest offers more fun things to do than you can imagine. It is known world wide as America's Spa ... the Number One tourist destination in Arkansas.

Beautiful property!

This spacious house faces a beautiful stretch of lakeside property. We sat on the wraparound porch each morning to drink coffee and listen to the birds. My kids loved the foosball, ping pong table, and kayaks. We fished some too! Communication with the owner was easy-peasy and he was very responsive. Perfect location between Hot Springs and the Crystal Springs marina. Had a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

The setting on the lake was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kayaks were a fun amenity and the porch was a peaceful spot.

I'd go again!

Staying in this beautiful property was beyond expectations. It is in the perfect location on the water and near Hot Springs. The hosts are great with setting clear instructions on the stay. I HIGHLY recommend picking this gem for your vacation. The beds are comfortable and the house is huge! I loved getting to sit outside and enjoy nature while being close to lake hamilton. Thanks for a great weekend!and are very responsive.

Cove Bliss

We really enjoyed the property and the serenity of the river in all its natural beauty. Owner provided kayaks which we used daily. We even opted to spend the day at the house instead of going to any of the attractions. Such a tranquil getaway. We’re a hungry gang, so the full furnished kitchen and coffee bar was a big plus. Appreciated the cleanliness and owner’s quick responsiveness. Will book again for future visits.

Great House!

This is an awesome house managed by the owner, not a company. He was quick to reply and answer questions. We left a set of keys on accident and he mailed them back to me. Highly recommend.

Great Lake House

Booking was easy and owner was very responsive. We had 8 people stay comfortably and was able to enjoy kayaking and the covered boat slip made it easy to get out on the lake quickly. Home is setup great for families and lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Will definitely book again when family is in town visiting. Thanks.

Great getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and lots of bath towels! Super comfortable and my kids loved the reclining living room furniture. The kayaks were definitely a highlight. The cove is beautifully quiet and makes for a perfect location for swimming with smaller children. Also the owner was super quick to respond when we needed help with the hot tub. I would definitely return!

Awesome Lake Trip!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our large family! Lots of fun activities for the kids, and plenty of relaxation for the adults! I would definitely recommend and we plan on returning next summer!

Arkansas summer vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was the perfect size for our family of 8. The kids loved having their own space downstairs. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, grilling, hanging out in the hot tub as well as the ping pong and foosball tables. Having access to the water right outside our back door was a great plus! We love the peaceful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. We were close enough to Lake Ouachita to enjoy a boat day on it as well. The property location is ideal. We also spent a day at the nearby Twin Creeks quartz mine and a day in Hot Springs exploring all the fun things to do. The owner, Greg is extremely nice and responsive. He came to help us make room in his garage to move our vehicles inside in case it stormed. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

It was great place to stay for the weekend. All the beds worked out perfectly. Game room and hot tub were a great addition. Kitchen was utilized a lot. No complaints.

A Great escape

We loved staying here, location was great! They had kayaks, hot tub, and close to a lot of attractions. We also appreciated being stocked with toilet paper and paper towel a lot of places don’t do that so win! We would definitely come here again!
