Spacious & Charming 3 bed 2 bath Near MARTA & Airport
Beautifully updated 1940s home located less than a mile to East Point MARTA. This spacious home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open kitchen/living areas. The interior has been recently refreshed as of August 2022.
The immediate neighborhood is residential with some shops/restaurants located a mile or so from the house. See below for travel distances to popular locations in ATL.

MAIN LEVEL
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, room-darkening curtains, sound machine, closet and luggage rack
• Bedroom 2: Two Twin XL beds, room-darkening curtains, sound machine, closet and luggage rack. If a request is made in advance, host will join the Twin XL beds into a Split King
• Spa-like hallway bathroom with tub with shower (shared by the two main-level bedrooms)
• Open layout kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and gas range
• Fully stocked kitchen includes pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc.
• Coffee and tea supplies provided
• Den with comfy sofa and Roku TV (no cable provided — you will need to sign into your own streaming accounts)
• French doors in den open onto back porch and yard with outdoor table/chairs
• Dining room with seating for six and coffee bar with two bar stools
• Living room with space to relax, play board games, or converse
UPSTAIRS LEVEL
• Light and airy private primary bedroom offers Queen bed, dresser and closet space with luggage racks
• En-suite bathroom with shower
• Room-darkening curtains / blinds and sound machine
BASEMENT
• Guests have access to a washer and a dryer, which are located in the unfinished basement
LOCATION
We are located less than a mile from the nearest MARTA station, and a bus to/from MARTA stops a two-minute walk away.
We are also less than five miles from the Atlanta Airport (a 12-minute drive or 20-minutes by public transport). Despite our close proximity to the airport, we are not under the flight path and don't get much airplane noise.
Enjoy private use of this updated 1940s home during your stay. Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of locked owners' closets and the exterior shed.
Guests are welcome to make reasonable use of the washing machine and dryer which are located in the basement. Note: The basement is an unfinished space with concrete floors.
Off-street parking is available for two cars parked side-by-side on the driveway. It is possible to park a third (small) car under the carport. Cars must be parked on the driveway and should not be parked on the street in front of the house.

*There are exterior security cameras for guest security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

*The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*A government issued photo ID is required from the individual making the booking, and a short-term rental agreement must be signed by the adult booking the home, once booking is complete. All guests and their ages must be named on the rental agreement.
*Bookings may not be made on behalf of other individuals/groups of people. The person making the booking must be present throughout the full set of dates booked.
*We accept a MAXIMUM of 6 people in the home at any time day or night. Any additional people/visitors to the property, must be approved by the host in advance.
*Parties, events, classes, weddings, receptions, and other large gatherings are not permitted. This is strictly enforced and monitored.
*No pets are allowed.
*There are exterior security cameras. Cameras are continuously on. There are no cameras inside the property.
*Any party seen entering with additional/undisclosed guests or pets will risk cancellation of their stay without refund.
*At no time of the day or night shall there be any loud voices, music, or other loud noise which may disturb neighbors. If Renter and/or their Guest(s) act in a way which causes disturbance to neighbors, the booking may be terminated and no refund given to Renter and/or their Guest(s).
*Smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted on the property or inside the home. If the smell of smoke is found to be inside the home, Renter will be responsible for any associated costs to remediate.
*Children of all ages are welcome. However, adult guests are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. It is the responsibility of the Renter and their Guest(s) to ensure the safety of minor children at all times. We regrettably are unable to provide child-proofing supplies.
*The Renter and their Guest(s) accept and assume all risks involved in or related to the use of the property and its amenities.
*Renter and their Guest(s) understand that the main floor has central heat and air. The upstairs master bedroom has a mini split unit which provides both heat and AC.
*Guests are not permitted to move/re-arrange furniture as floors can be scratched.
*Treat the home with care and respect. Damage to the house, contents or furnishings will be charged to your deposit.
*WiFi is included. There is a ROKU TV in the Den. ***We do not have cable or streaming services. You may connect to your own streaming services on the ROKU TV.***
*Guests shall park any cars on the driveway where there is space for two cars side-by-side, and a third (small) car can be parked under the carport, if required. Street parking is not permitted in front of the house. If guests need to park on the street, they shall speak with host prior to doing so to ensure they park in the correct spot.
