Nordic Villa (business license # RES-10474) is a stunning short-term rental zoned townhome located in the beautiful mountain town of Canmore, Alberta, steps away from downtown. It accommodates 10 people and includes.

Built in 2020, Nordic Villa boasts 1,800 square feet of living area over three levels. The townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, attached garage, and a workspace. Each master bedroom and bathroom is on its own floor which maximizes privacy.



It also features an open concept living space with the kitchen overlooking a cozy dining room & living area with amazing mountain views. And the spacious southwest facing deck allows you and your guests to take in spectacular 180 degree views of the serene mountain setting.



We will be available by email, phone, text throughout your stay.



Nordic Villa is perfectly situated near downtown and within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor stores, cafes, shops, restaurants, the town recreation centre, walking and biking trails, and the Bow River.



*Prepare to sleep well during the hot summer months thanks to our air conditioning, blackout blinds, and comfortable mattresses.

*Each level has a TV with the following complimentary streaming services: Disney Plus, Netflix, Crave/HBO, and TSN sports.

*Spacious and comfortable outdoor seating, an umbrella, and BBQ will maximize your outdoor enjoyment.

*Foldable table and extra chairs allow to for a 10 person dining experience.

*There is parking on the driveway for one car and to the left of the driveway for another car. And plenty of parking on the side road in front of the house. The garage is for storage of sports equipment only.

Had a great stay! Amazing location. Stayed here with my family (3 kids- ages 2,9,11) and my parents and it was perfect. Highchair and travel crib very much appreciated and the view of the mountains from the porch was amazing. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

Great for a group

We needed a place to stay for work with 6 co-workers for an event. There was lots of room for everyone and a nice place to stay instead of a hotel.

The house was perfect for our family! It was clean and very nicely decorated. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and great storage so everyone could unpack and feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The location was great - walking distance from hikes and restaurants. The host was available to communicate and check in and check out were seamless. We can’t say enough about this property!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to downtown Canmore and near Banff. The layout was great and it had everything we needed. We will certainly look to rebook next time we go to Banff.

Exceptional Stay

Our host was easy to access and quick to respond. The home was the best equiped for our stay that we have ever been in. Super quiet and had every thing that they stated. Highly recommended for large families.

Excellent space!

Highly recommend staying here! Dan and Liliana have really thought of everything - their place was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our large group. They communicated promptly, the space was very clean, and it was in a great location. I would absolutely choose this place again!!

Family trip to Banff

This home was excellent. The location was so perfect. Canmore is not as crowded as Banff. It was easy to get right on the highway to Banff and all the lakes and hikes. Daniel replied quickly to any inquiry with helpful information. The 3 levels with bedrooms and bathrooms slept all 8 of us comfortably. The views of the mountains, even the 3 sisters, were gorgeous. And thank you so much for the park passes.

Beautiful home in a beautiful spot

The house was VERY clean and brand new. It’s right in the heart of town. Great places to eat within walking distance. Just a short drive to Banff and the included park passes were a brilliant cherry on top.

Great Family Vacation Location

Everyone in our family (9 people) enjoyed our stay at Nordic Villa. The layout of the house was perfect, with bedrooms on three levels there is plenty of space for those who want some quiet time. The house was very well stocked especially the kitchen. The location in Canmore is excellent and only about a 15 minute walk to downtown.

Lovely stay

We highly recommend this lovely property for your stay in Canmore. Very clean, quiet, lots of space and three full baths make this a perfect spot for 6-8 guests. The kitchen is well-appointed, and even had a high chair. We cooked several meals for ourselves. The location is central to two large supermarkets and many restaurants. Also easy access to Banff national park. The washer and dryer was much appreciated for our carry-on only method of travel. We look forward to staying again!

Family Fun in Canmore

We had a wedding to attend in the mountains and wanted to bring the kids so we turned it into a family affair. There was the perfect amount of space for all of us perfect number of washrooms a draw location was excellent for what we needed. I would 100% stay here again. We all talk about perfect that spot was for all of us. Great time!

Comfortable home

This condo was a comfortable clean place to stay. With bedrooms on 3 different floors each of our family members could enjoy their own space. Walking distance to trails, groceries stores, and restaurants. Owners were in touch with us and available if we needed anything. We would recommend this condo.

Great wedding weekend!

We had a wonderful stay with our family as our son was getting married at Silvertip Golf resort. Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy their home more with all the wedding festivities, but would return again in a heartbeat. It was a perfect spot, close to everything in town and to Silvertip. Our hosts were quick to respond when we contacted them and so pleasant to deal with. That k you!

Beautiful house in a good location. Our hosts (Dan and Liliana) were very active in ensuring we were enjoying our stay. The house manual with many recommendations of things to do and restaurants was great. Although our stay was short, we would definately stay here again.
