VERY STRICT NO PET POLICY:
We love your fur babies, too, but due to possible allergic reactions for future guests and the host’s family, the possibility of fleas, and the risk of a pet damaging the furniture or staining the rugs with urine, pets are not allowed in the home or on the property.

If a guest brings a pet on the property or in the home, a non-refundable charge of $300 will be applied to your stay to sanitize the home.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS & SECURITY CAMERAS POLICIES:
We have security cameras outside to protect our home and our guests. Our property manager is monitoring the number of guests entering the property, and AirBnB will be notified immediately if the number of guests exceeds your reservation request, and you will be charged accordingly. Tampering with the security cameras will be an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.
