With plenty of space for the entire family or to share with another couple, our Villa, which is an end unit, will have you smiling from your first cup of coffee on the patio to your evening cocktail on the rooftop deck. Five minutes from the best surfing beach around, you can swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub before heading out for the day. Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen and a few boogie boards for the beach, plus a washer and dryer to keep you looking your best. Outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off the sand. High-speed internet and a television for streaming your favorite shows. Comfortable beds and air conditioning for a good night's sleep.

We had a great time and enjoyed staying here so much. It is within walking distance to great locations, quiet, comfortable beds, and quaint. My teenage girls loved it and had a nice time. It is right across from the hot tub and pool, with a cute Italian restaurant too.

Great location, soft sheets, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space, overall wonderful space for 5 adults to share a holiday week together.Only challenge was the stove- couldn’t cook a meal that required use of more than 1 burner or burner and stove. We made do but would have cooked more meals if it worked well.

Love it!!

Rental was perfect for our family! Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach and restaurant. Property manager was always quick to respond and always took care of us.

Great patio

Great property and met our needs perfectly. Only needed to turn on some AC at night. The patio was particularly great for breakfast and relaxing. An easy walk to the beach and neighboring restaurants.

Excellent!

Excellent location! Very clean. The owner got back to me quickly with all of my questions. This is not a single home...it is attached and is located in a community with a community pool. We loved it and would stay here again with no hesitation! Quick walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Great place, great communication

We had a wonderful family trip. The property managers were attentive and helpful. The house was great. The oven needs to be reconfigured to get the gas to work sufficiently but that should be an easy fix. The pool and hot tub are great. It's a short walk to the beach. The pizza is delicious. A great trip. Highly recommend.

Quiet, Peaceful, Centrally Located

We really enjoyed the patio, it was quiet and fairly private. It was nice that it was an end unit, we enjoyed the morning sunlight on the patio. We had 3 teenage boys who surfed every day, the walk was just short enough to be convenient. Napoli pizza next door at the pool was wonderful. The owners provided 5 gallon filtered water jugs and ice was in the freezer which was great to arrive to on such a hot day.

We had a great stay at this property in January, 2024. The townhouse had all the basics we needed for a 9 day stay. Great layout and proximity to the beach, and amenities in Cerritos. Easy parking and common pool area was clean and rarely busy. Some constructive feedback: hosts only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, which seemed strange for the price duration of the stay. Hosts also requested no towels be hung on railings, etc., which is reasonable, however no drying rack was provided. There were a few issues with the property manager not being as responsive as expected: when we went to check in, the general property manager onsite was unaware of our reservation and we had to wait until they contacted the unit's PM to be allowed to enter the space. Our gas ran out and we were unable to have hot water or cook until it was reconnected, which took longer than anticipated. We also had a security concern (which turned out to be nothing - we felt safe here overall!), and I tried contacting the PM but did not receive a response until much later. Understandable as I was reaching out at an odd hour, but if you advertise being contactable 24/7, guests should expect to have alternate contact numbers if PM not available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return - but constructive feedback is important in order to improve future guests' experiences. Thank you for hosting us at your property!

We fell in love with Cerritos Beach about 8 years ago and have been coming down to Cerritos every year since, often many times throughout the year. There is no better beach for surfing, swimming, or just playing in the sand or walking for miles along the beach. It's safe, inviting, and stunning!

We recently purchased our villa and have taken great care to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We are in the process of purchasing new furniture and the entire place has recently been repainted. The kitchen is also well furnished with a lot of new items, so you'll be able to cook up just about anything you can think of!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is on the end, right across the parking lot from the large, heated pool and adults-only Jacuzzi, as well as the communal palapa where you can find pizza and other snacks. The office will deliver new bottles of water to your door and help you with anything you might need. This is our home away from home, so we're making sure it's clean and wonderful for your visit.

They are a local, family owned property management team living and operating only 5 minutes away. You can contact them through VRBO or you will find their direct contact information in the welcome binder in the condo.
