Experience Luxury in this Chic Carriage House getaway, downtown Ukiah, your home away from home! Features 1 bedrom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa sleeper, cozy living room, and well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the stunning garden oasis while listening to the birds singing, lounge around the firepit, or take a short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping, or to one of the best coffee houses just around the corner. Continental Breakfast Items Provided.

**A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD ARE PERMITTED.
**Please, no additional overnight guests permitted without prior Host approval.
**ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE (4TH GUEST) $25 PER STAY

The place is as beautiful as the pictures. Great location-- .4 mile walk to downtown. The amenities are the best I've experienced--bathrobes, amazing snacks and high-quality breakfast stocked in the fridge. Small, but fully-operable kitchen. And very kind hosts!

Top 3 stays!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just mins away from the Main Street with plenty of food and drink options. The guest house is so charming. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Snacks and a stocked fridge. To top it off, pastries in the morning! Highly recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

Incredible stay

This was amazing and we will absolutely be booking here again!! A gorgeous cottage with lots of amenities, immaculately clean, great outdoor space to relax with our dog. The fenced in yard made traveling with a dog so easy! Valerie and Charles are so thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and nice!! They really went out of their way to make everything perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this stay!

Nice, clean, organized, and welcoming, with lots of treats. Packed with all the amenities you need and more. The owner went above and beyond making this cottage feel like a home away from home.

Lovely cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage in a great location. The weather was very hot when we were there so we really appreciated the comfort when we had to stay in. It is a nice walk to downtown in the early morning cool.

Obsessed!

I’m obsessed with how cute and lovely this stay was, we really felt spoiled by Valerie! The house was well designed, spotless, and even had a fridge fully stocked with yogurt and almond milk and delicious granola. Valerie and her beau were absolutely lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them! Great location, walking distance into town. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice relaxing stay

I would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay here again! It was quiet and is in an ideal location. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay again!

Charming Cottage!

Such a clean and charming cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so responsive and pleasant. And they included many snacks and breakfast items in the frig, as well as fresh pastries from a local bakery our first morning. We would definitely visit again.

All I can say is WOW

What an incredible find. This tiny home had everything 2 people could need. Everything was so well thought out and beautifully designed. There were so many snacks and treats in the kitchen and the owner ever dropped off fresh pastries on our first morning there. The yard is beautiful and the space is perfect for 2 people. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

absolutely wonderful stay, no detail left out. the thoughtfulness of the hosts was incredible. they bought me pastries for breakfast! i loved the kitties and their sweet doggos as well. they made me and my anxious senior dog so comfortable - thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed and how clean and well-stocked this little rental is! We have a 2-year old and they were extremely accommodating. The pack n play fit in the room, windows black out and there were delicious snacks and treats that made us feel at home. They really go above and beyond!

Cozy, modern cottage

Wonderful amenities like snacks, bathrobes and toiletries. Modern, cozy cottage, clean with a lot of light. LED remote controlled candles were a lovely touch and made evenings relaxing. I was traveling for work and will definitely be back.

Cozy spot

Hosts are friendly and helpful. The VRBO property is right next to the hosts' house and the outdoor (backyard) spot is shared between you & the hosts. The property is in walking distance of downtown, but quiet at night. The hosts provided lots of snacks for weary travelers!

Beautiful Quaint Cottage

This was an adorable place that we highly recommend. Valerie was so amazing! Traveling from across the country we were so grateful for the wonderful goodies and comfortability of her cottage. The cottage was beautiful, quaint and had all amenities which were perfect for our stay. We will definitely return next year!

A lovely space

This is a small unit but has everything you need, including a comfortable back yard to enjoy a book and pet the owner's dogs if you like. It is very well stocked with snacks, toiletries and any anything you may have forgotten. It's a short walk into town to enjoy a meal and a good base to use for visiting the redwoods, the ocean or wine tasting.

A real get away

This accommodation was delightful. A gorgeous cottage, very beautifully appointed. Very comfortable, a garden outside the door. Had every amenity, a filled refrigerator with drinks & snacks, fresh pastries, good coffees. Just charming. A quiet tree lined street. A good sleep! Would definitely stay again, and recommend highly.

I have a deep love of animals...especially my rescue dogs! They are adorable, sweet and quiet.
