Welcome to The Daphne, a stylish & spacious professionally designed getaway. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom open concept home provides guests with 7 beds, a home theater, gym, well equipped kitchen, home office, fenced in and landscaped yard, hot tub, firepit, grill, hammocks and outdoor chairs for a relaxing time with pets, friends, and family.

Our home is perfectly located near route 36 between Boulder & Denver.
15 minutes from hiking, 40 minutes from Eldora Ski resort.

Next to Hwy 36, I-25, C-470 and 287 allow sightseeing and getting around town a breeze. Just minutes away from local breweries like Wonderland Brewing Company, 31 Michelin Star restaurants, numerous hiking trails like Mount Sanitas or Chautauqua, Eldora Ski Resort, water sports at Union Reservoir, snow shoeing, mountain biking, climbing, yoga, disk golf courses, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Meow Wolf, Denver Botanical Gardens, Top Golf, jaw dropping national parks and within walking distance are 290 miles of open space trails!

Settled in Broomfield Heights, an iconic mid century modern neighborhood has recently been updated by a professional interior designer and landscape architect to provide warmth, a comfortable ambiance and a place to relax, refresh and recharge.

-The Main floor includes the Main level en suite primary bedroom (Queen), 2nd bedroom (Twin) with separate bathroom, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, living room with 55” TV and dining room.

-The Basement includes 3rd bedroom (Queen), 4th bedroom (Twin) with downstairs bathroom, Pull out sleeper sofa bed (Queen), large Home Theatre, Gym (Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Total Gym, Weights) and a Home Office Space.

-The Outdoor spaces includes a covered patio with two oversized egg chairs, fully fenced in landscaped yard, 1 sleeping hammock, 1 sitting hammock, open patio with grill, firepit with chairs and hot tub for year round use.

Beautifully decorated house in residential community close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Very comfortable place to enjoy time in the Boulder area! Backyard is adorably decorated and offers a great place to enjoy some outdoor time at the house.Easy communication with the owner too! Would stay here again if in the area for sure!

Great stay at The Daphne!

Perfect place to stay while visiting with local family. Private shaded backyard great for dogs -doggie door too!Well equipped kitchen.Cool basement area with big projector Used it to guitar jam in evenings with my son and son-in-law! Close to bike trails and lots of restaurants. Jessica was very responsive with answers to questions during our stay.Just what we were looking for!

Great property & location

The Daphne was clean & tons of space. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the hot tub and fire pit (propane) were a nice way to wind down the evening after exploring Boulder, Flagstaff Mountain & Denver. Central location was key to a lot of attractions too.

This was a little slice of heaven! The beds were super comfy, the shower in the main upstairs is unreal and it’s stocked with little extras that were so thoughtful. The area is wonderfully quiet and the backyard is so so cute. Would stay again!

Home away from home

We LOVED staying at The Daphne in Broomfield, Colorado. The location was ideal for our planned trips to Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, and Castle Rock with minimal driving. The house itself was decorated so nicely and made us feel right at home with each of us having our own spaces and shared spaces to enjoy together as well. I am typically someone who lives out of my suitcase on vacations but this place made me want to unpack and stay! Communication with the host was superb and she was timely in her responses to our questions. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Terrific!

Clean, inviting, well-appointed and great location! Host has thought of everything from stocking additional ‘may have to bring’ items to instructions on how to use each TV remote….. Hot tub and outdoor area is quite relaxing. Overall a classy property. We will definitely be back!!

Great house!

We came in town for my daughter's softball tournament and the house was so cozy and clean! The decor was an amazing and we loved the backyard and hot tub! The manager was so easily accessible. We unexpectedly found out my daughter’s games were 0.3 miles away and we could walk to most of her games that week! It was a great stay! My girls loved the projector, work out room, and hot tub!

Perfect Place

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting the Denver area. We were in the area for a conference and it was exactly what we needed so everyone was comfortable and relaxed. So many great hanging areas. The outside oasis was beautiful! We enjoyed the atmosphere while hanging in the hot tub and by the fire. The house had all the little extras in the kitchen and bath you may need. Thank you for a great place to stay! Also, if you are looking to donate your extra food after your stay, we found a little place .5 miles away who took donations. Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment (303) 667-9695

Perfect for our wedding weekend!

We booked this house for our entire wedding party (my husband and I, groomsmen, and bridesmaids) since we all traveled from our of state for the wedding and it was the perfect spot! We loved being able to spend time together as a group and the house had everything we needed and then some! It was also so tastefully decorated and beautifully landscaped so we were able to get beautiful photos of the entire weekend!

Great House!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The home is exactly as it’s described with plenty of room to spread out. We took our dogs so it was great to have the fenced yard. There’s a doggie door as well btw but we did not use it. The location was good. Easy access to highways and amenities. I only gave 3 stars on location and neighborhood because of the neighbors. The people who live behind the house have a lot of cars and junk in the yard. Unfortunately that’s in view every time you pull into the driveway. Just want others to realize this exists. Otherwise from a house and yard perspective it was perfect! Very cozy!

Just Perfect!

Beautiful, well-maintained property with a cozy and spacious layout. It was only two of us but well-suited for a larger family or just wanting some peace and quiet.
