Every guest gives rave reviews! Over 1600SF of indoor living space (1 level) provides plenty of room for family/friends. Large open entertainment room, w/big table, coffee bar, countryside views from large windows. Sunroom over looks beautiful country setting, screened-in gazebo, deck w/grill, campfire area and outdoor ambiance lighting at night will make you want to relax outside well into the evening. Have fun playing corn hole in large back yard!This home is completely renovated and in "brand new" condition. All new furniture and bedding, quality of an upscale hotel! Only 12 minutes to Purdue University.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Convenient to West Lafayette. Plenty of room for my family of 6, ages 2-16. Super comfy, even in -5 degree temperature!

I was sent instructions from VRBO the week before our trip telling me about a ramp closure and alternate route to property. The ramp was not closed and we were about to find the property without issues using GPS. The info made a bit of unnecessary confusion. We had a great stay and we were very comfortable in this beautiful home.

First impression is how clean and cute it is. The layout is great for families or groups. And we loved the firepit area. There is comfortable seating for 8 around the fire.We were in town to visit Purdue and the commute is pretty easy, though when you come back to this home it is like a retreat in the country. We loved it!

Was there for the junior pga championship

The place was very nice, comfortable beds very spacious. The days we were there it was very hot and humid, so being at the Boilermaker golf course each day was tough but the air conditioning worked great and really enjoyed our time at the house. Beautiful backyard with fire pit but it was just too hot during the evening to use it. I would highly recommend this place, wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Jennifer!

Great Country Home

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Purdue. The backyard is second to none. The kids and adults loved the fire pit. We will be returning.

Loved the house, close to everything, house was loaded with options, Gazebo, fire pit, garage just to name a few. It was a pleasure to stay here and the host was great to work with! Will not hesitate to book again and look forward to staying again next year.

This is such a perfect VRBO. If you can think of it, this property owner has already considered it first. Everything is immaculately clean with more than enough of all supplies - towels, shampoo, extra amenities, etc. thank you for a great stay!

Perfect autumn retreat!

We had a lovely weekend getaway. There were 5 of us and we all had very comfortable accommodations. This home is very spacious and has a great kitchen. The fire pit was perfect for this time of year. The neighborhood is very quiet and the land is beautiful. It was the perfect meeting spot for our group.

Wonderful Home Close to Purdue

We were so thrilled to have found a wonderful property close to Purdue to serve as our home away from home while we visited our son. The property was everything we hoped for - beautifully appointed, thoughtful details, clean, great amenities, and a very responsive host. We will certainly stay here again for any return college visits!

Better than a 5 star resort!

I could go on and on! -Pictures don't do it justice! It's very spacious and beautiful with a great back yard -Excellent correspondence with the owner -Every little detail was considered and we wanted for nothing! -Firepit was lovely -Plenty of room for everyone -Close to Purdue campus -Positive vibes and atmosphere -Extremely clean and well managed -If you can book this place, don't think twice! -One of the best VRBOs we've ever visited

We had an awesome stay. Everything was so clean. We enjoyed the open space between the dining room, kitchen and living room. This place had everything we needed. Also great communications. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Purdue.

Cousin Camp getaway

This house and property are beautiful! We loved the campfire ring and the big yard for playing games. It was such a a comfortable house for our family of six cousins to spend time together. We would highly recommend it!

Peaceful and Beautiful Country Oasis

This home was a peaceful and beautiful oasis that was perfect to recharge and unwind in after busy days of visiting family and seeing local attractions. Since it was over the winter holiday, the Christmas tree and decorations were nice homey touches and the rabbit and deer sightings made it extra special. Definitely recommend!

My Name is Jennifer O'Shea, I have been a local realtor for 25 years and bought this property to fix up and re-sell immediately. (I have been flipping homes for 4 years now) However, once the project was complete, I was pretty attached as it is such a special house! I really couldnt let it go! I had no intention of making this a VRBO home when I bought it, but the idea popped in my mind and mentioned "crazy idea" to my husband, and he said, "Sure, why not?". I fully expected him to say I was crazy! The neighbor to the east quickly encouraged the thought and said she has always wanted to run a Bed and Breakfast - she would help me! So we took a leap of faith. That was Sept. 2022. Response has been tremendous and we are booked most of the time. It's been one of the best things I have ever done!! I love sharing this home with others, I love the comments that the home exceeded their expectations, I love the memories they are making with friends and family staying here with them! I have poured my heart into this home. I am constantly looking for ways to make the guests stay memorable. I think it's the best kept secret in West Lafayette if you are looking for a place to stay and you want more than a hotel.

Easy straight drive into center of Purdue U. This place is so peaceful and beautiful! I love hanging out here! Classic midwest feel and you can see landscape forever! Perfect location for a VRBO home, just 12 mins from heart of Purdue campus. Being out of the immediate fray of neighborhoods and noisey town. I love the country!

I think if there were a contest of best VRBOS in the area, this place would probably win the award! It is fabulous for a winter stay or summer stay. Entertaining or just hanging out with your family is really great in this home. You will love the deck to grill on, the lighted outdoor fire pit area, and the screened in gazebo. If weather isnt good, the spacious interior will give you plenty of room to spread out. Large table, large island counter top, and huge TV room. If you need a quiet area, the sun room has a couch and day bed and desk with doors that you can close. Newly renovated interior with fresh decor would make Joanna Gaines proud! :)
