Great place, close to downtown and Lucas Oil. The living room furniture could use updating as the arms on the chaise lounge are very loose and the couch wouldn’t pull out to a bed (could’ve been operator error, not sure). Overall great place and will be booking again in the future.

Close easy access to downtown

The property location gives it easy access to downtown which was the purpose for our stay. Its an older buolding which we like because it has some charm but it is updated and nicely decorated but we do have suggestions for improvement. There were areas that were a bit dirty, drips or stains on the walls in 2 areas, and wet towels and comforter in the dryer. Others noted clenliness of the property so it could just be this one experience. Essentials were not as well stocked as other properties we've stayed but we also have had worse in that regard.

So convenient and comfortable for our DT activities!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We travel with a sport - two families (teens). We love finding a house like this one where we can enjoy a comfortable night's visit then sleep, get ready in a well-stocked kitchen, head out to DT location with little or no commute, hit the showers then pillow and repeat. This house did all of that in a new city. Thank you for the nice stay!!

Most of the comforts of home, away from home.

We were happy with our accommodations for our trip to Indianapolis. The only quirks to be mindful of are…1. Tap water in the area is unpleasant, so you’ll want to bring bottled water with you.2. There’s no ice maker or ice cube trays, so you might want to get a bag of ice for the freezer when you arrive.3. If you are a heavier-set person or require a more supportive mattress to sleep, this isn’t the place for you.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The property was the perfect size and within ten minutes of the convention center. We would stay here again.

Not a great family spot

This area of Indy looks like it’s starting to transition into a nice area. This place is not. Walking up to the townhouse you’re overwhelmed by the amount of trash in front, on the streets, and across the street. You then notice that there is an entrance to a homeless encampment directly across from the apartment. This is probably why the lock to the place automatically locks after 30 seconds… walking inside the apartment, the place reeks of old cigarettes. The floor blackens your socks and the red coach from the photo has seen better days. The beds are a very narrow staircase, the “master” bed creeks and sinks in with even the littlest of weight. Don’t send your kids to the top bunk in the room next door. The mattress is so tall that it protrudes over the frame and would do nothing to protect them from falling. The lighting is bright, so bright it looks like you could be in a hospital cafeteria. We only stayed one of the two nights, then checked into a hotel. The host was very easy to talk to about the issues, but I’m unsure if anything can be done to “fix” the place.

Conveniently located 4 min from the city

Cute little town home right next to the city. Safe and quiet little Street with plenty of parking. Four adults and a kid slept comfortably more kids could have slept comfortably on the big bunk bed! I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

Stayed for Colts game

Property is exactly as advertised, pictures of all the rooms helped us know what to expect and it did not disappoint. Family came into town for an NFL game at Lucas Oil Stadium and location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from game and avoid all of the traffic. Close to a lot of places to eat and easy drive to other locations like zoo and canal downtown.

Conference Stay

My sisters and I stayed for a local conference. It was very close to downtown. Nice and quiet! We enjoyed and would stay again when we are in the area.

Great Place!

The property is conveniently located just south of downtown. We were in town to watch Olympic Trials, and the property is minutes from downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium. The property was clean and well-stocked. Would stay again! Thanks!

Work Trip

I stayed here for the SBC Convention that met at the Indianapolis Convention Center. The convention center was only 6-7 minutes away via Uber. The avg. cost for a ride to and from ranged from $7-$12. Travis communicated with me from the beginning and throughout our stay. He made sure we had what we needed and was very responsive to a couple small requests made during the trip. The house was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend this house enough if you need a place to stay near downtown.

Two Night Fire Convention

House was very clean and very roomy!! Close enough to ride scooters back and forth to Lucas Oil Stadium and the Convention. Would definitely stay there again!!

Cute little place

The place itself was absolutely adorable. Free parking in front and back. Very clean besides the oven, I accidentally set the smoke alarms off while making biscuits and gravy for breakfast in the morning. :/ A few things I would change, the book shelf by the long chair is super wobbly. Maybe upgrade it make more sturdy is all. (Great selection of books tho) But not toddler safe. I was surprised by the baby items that were available! A pack n play, baby gate and highchair!!! I would add another baby gate for the stairs? For the kitchen, maybe scrub the bottom of the oven so it's not smokey when turned on. Add a pizza cutter and maybe some cookie sheets to the dishes and upgrade the pots n pans? Everything else was fantastic. Communication with the host was speedy and he was very accommodating to everything I asked about. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Everything in this home is clean & updated. There is plenty of space to spread out with the whole group.
