This house is perfect for a group!! It’s clean & conveniently located within walking distance to AT&T Stadium. It’s rare to find so many large beds in one house, this is a great find!!!

There were no washcloths, the bathroom door would not close, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shampoo and conditioner containers were not filled or operational, no lamps in two of the bedrooms, the linen was worn.On a good note, we were very close to Globe Life Field.

The host for this place was great, we had everything we needed. This place was big enough to for our family and cousins. We were able to do everything from make breakfast, to watch the game, and. Extremely close to our wedding venue for that weekend!

Only downfall is there are only 2 small bathrooms for 5 bedrooms. There was no bath soap or body wash. Only one bathroom had shampoo. Plus one bathroom needed new wi die covering. However, the house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. New appliances. Great location.

We stayed here while we attended a Cowboys fball game. This is a great place and location! The management team made it easy to occupy and vacate the space by communicating their policies. I recommend this place!

Great Location, But Lacks a Bit!

If you're coming to Dallas for a game, the location of this house is perfect. It’s close to the action, plenty of space for a group, and has potential.Let’s just say this home was more “roughing it” than expected. A house meant to sleep 12, had zero washcloths or hand towels! You’ll want to bring your own, along with shampoo, soap, hand soap for the sinks, and maybe a cookie sheet, and tissues (because apparently, those didn’t make the cut either). There are 2 bathrooms but one of the bathroom doors doesn’t close!The refrigerator didn’t keep anything very cold, and the garbage disposal didn’t work, which led to the sink backing up. Judging from past reviews, the disposal hasn’t worked in months. The owner promised us it would be fixed “tomorrow,” which seems to be their version of Groundhog Day.The fire extinguisher is just sitting in the kitchen floor, and the cleaning chemicals are under the sink, easy-access style for children.The pans were falling apart, the ice maker didn't function. While it’s hot in Dallas, the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working properly. It was pretty warm in the house, even by Texas standards.Just pack like you're glamping, and you'll be fine.

Great Stay

Pros: Overall the property was clean and spacious. The sectional in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of space for 7 adults to not feel like we were all on top of one another.Cons: The lock box that the key was kept in was difficult to get into. The outdoor furniture was torn and had holes, needs new cushions. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms, we purchased some and left it behind for the next renters. The toilet paper was cheap rough 1 ply.Overall we enjoyed the stay, even with the cons they were not so big that it took away from a fun weekend.

Business trip for team

We have 8 adults in this 5 bedroom, two bath room house. It is inconvenient since there is limited bath room. The kitchen sink disposer did not work. The landlord was made aware of this but could not send the maintenance guy until we checked out. The closet in one of the bedroom is not finished, there is no bar to hang my suit. The master bathroom door can not close. Overall, I felt the landlord is not ready to put this house on the market.

6 Flags family trip

We had a great time staying in this home. It was listed exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. The only thing I would ask for is a check out check list of to-do's, otherwise put trip was fantastic. It was easy taveling from the house to the zoo and to 6 flags. Highly recommend.

Good times for cowboys game

Property was nice plenty of room for 5 couples and a single. Beds were clean, plenty of sitting and relaxing enjoying each others company. Stadium was close enough to walk. You could literally see it from the backyard. Only problem we had was we had too many cars. The driveway will fit 4 cars, we had 4 cars and trailer so we had to park in the street. What we didn’t know there is a city ordinance that prevents you to park your car in the street during game a game day. We figured our best option is to park at Live for 55 dollars. We were in that area anyways. It is better than paying 400 dollars for a tow. Anyways it’s not the homeowners fault just a city ordinance. Besides that we had a great time area was quiet.

Needs more curb appeal. The landscaping needs up dating. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. The TV streaming Apps did not work either. The garage disposal lost a nut while we tried using it, we also had to request a full propane tank in order to use the bbq pit.

Location, Location, Location

Great location for staying to be going to baseball games. The property was/is run down and pretty dirty (bugs, dust, cobwebs). Communication was quite delayed using VRBO messaging but they did answer when I called.

Baseball Trip

This house has a lot of space! The 5 bedrooms were all a good size; four had queen beds & the other a king. Our nephews were thrilled they could have their own rooms. We ate at local restaurants so I can’t give proper detail of the kitchen other than the microwave & fridge were perfect for our leftovers. :) Washer & dryer worked well; WalMart is just around the corner to get detergent (and anything you forgot or need). We were here for games at Globe Life Field. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re not used to walking. For events at AT&T Stadium, that is closer so a more manageable walk. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time we are in this area.

Just Right

This rental property was just right for our two families. We were able to cook and have fun. The location was perfect for our oldest daughter’s AAU tournament at the AT&T stadium. I would definitely recommend for football season or anything near the stadium. The host was very responsive with our questions.

Bowling Tournament

Son and daughter participating in bowling tournaments in Arlington and Ft Worth. This location was very convenient and bery close to Texas Live. Originally booked to 11 but 4 backed out and there was plenty of room. Very cozy. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future events..
