Beautiful 2bed/2-bath with coastal vibe & renovated in 2023 on Crescent Beach. Amazing balcony views to enjoy coffee and an evening beverage. This 2nd-floor unit is steps to the beach with an enticing ocean view: private pool and free parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The building has an elevator, but you must walk up 7 steps to access it on the 1st floor.
Primary queen bed, oversized closet, own bath and view or the ocean.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a closet, and its own bath.

Smart TVs in all 3 rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all the wonderful amenities like home.

The host was very easy to work with. Property was as good as advertised. Very nice place centrally located in North Myrtle. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing, and Lynn was also wonderful to work with! We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing

This property was amazing. It was clean, quiet and peaceful and couldn’t ask for a better view. Walking in on our first day was like walking into our own home Lynn had everything there so we could just relax. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful week in a beautiful condo!

Lynn was a wonderful hostess and was great with communication about everything. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean and stocked with everything you need for a stay on the beach. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and on the second floor allowed for easy access.

We would highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything was updated, very clean and the view was awesome. The Host Lynn was wonderful. We are excited to return next year.

Property is well maintained. Pool area is very nice. Elevator to help with those upper floors. Perfect view and location to the beach. Easy to get around the area. We enjoyed our 2nd time there as much as the first.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

Great place to unwind and take in the beautiful ocean views. Lynn was a great host. The second floor unit is well equipped, updated, and just short drives away from good restaurants. We didn’t realize that we booked during biker week so it was quite loud with the loud motorcycles and loud music. It was fine and didn’t ruin the trip, but if you have little ones, you might want to check to see what events are occurring during your stay. This is a great two bedroom and two bathroom condo, we highly recommend it.

Very clean. Very organized. Very easy check-in. Owner stayed in contact at all times. Newly updated. Could not have asked for a better Condo to stay at. I would rate the Condo and Owner a 5+. Will definitely stay again.

This is an older property, but it is well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay. Lynn the property owner was outstanding addressing any needs or concerns in a very prompt manner. The property was great and working with Lynn made it even better. You couldn't find a better person to work with. Highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Getaway

This condo was better than advertised. It was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. Could sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the sunrise. In the evening it was great sitting on the balcony to unwind and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The owner of the condo, Lynn, was always there for us when we had questions or needed something. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend your vacation.

Great vacation spot

Very clean, stocked, and organized. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. Yowels and sheets provided, saved a lot of packing and worries for the trip. Thank you!

Perfect place and host.

Location and ease of beach access is over the top perfect. So easy to park and come and go. The host was amazing even had gifts waiting for us. The condo is all new, super clean, spacious. Perfectly stocked kitchen. The list goes on and on. I have nothing negative to say at all.

Great getaway for two moms

Lynn’s condo is perfect, she has everything you could need and it’s spotlessly clean. She was a great host, giving us good restaurant tips etc. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony. Sadly, I think the secret about this place is out, I wanted to go back in the fall and it’s already booked!

Everything We Could Ask For!

We miss it already! Couldn’t have picked a better place for my family to stay if I tried. The location was perfect and the view for our morning coffee and evening cocktails was everything we needed as busy parents of 3 kids. I usually always have feedback when it comes to cleanliness, but not this time. Everything was well maintained and clean. We felt so comfortable. Lynn had all the beach toys our kids could need and it was really nice to have a separate space to store everything outside. Lynn was so accommodating, communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Clean, Comfortable, Great Beach Spot

Lynn's condo is roomy and clean, and nicely updated. One thing we loved was having the bedroom window open at night to hear the waves; it was cool enough to shut the AC off and just have the fan going. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. There was salt and pepper in the cabinet, but no oils or spices so make sure to bring those with you. Cleaning products, dishwasher pods, and coffee filters were provided and I think there was a Keurig. Lynn provides a lot of books, games, and area information, and communication with her is easy. TV and Wifi functionality was excellent. The beach is lovely, the sand is nice and soft, and its fairly level going into the water. We'd love to come back in the future.

A few days at the beach for Spring Break

We totally hit the jackpot with this one!! Amazing condo. Wonderful owner. Clean. All the things you need to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. We managed to lock ourselves out of one of the bathrooms about 5 minutes after checking in, the owner came right over and unlocked it for us and we had a lovely conversation with her. She loves the beach and her condo and it shows. The deck is really where we lived as sunrises with coffee were beautiful, sunsets with a cocktail were also wonderful. Location for a few walkable restaurants is good, close to Main Street with lots of touristy things and Barefoot Landing is about 5 min away with all sorts of shops and restaurants. We have already booked our next stay and can’t wait!!!!

Perfect place to stay

From the moment we stepped in, we knew we'd made a great choice to stay there. The remodel was beautiful, the furnishings were comfortable, and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Even the appliances and cookware were the nicest we've seen in our travels, which we appreciated. We loved the smaller building. It was quiet and just one quick floor down to the beach. Lynn made us feel welcome and she was a pleasure to work with.

We have grown up spending time at the beach several times a year as kids and as adults we both knew at some point we wanted a place to call our own. Fell in love with the views and the surrounding area and have found a wonderful spot to call ours. We are excited to share this with all of you.

LOCATION...this property is small with little foot traffic. It's a quiet location yet close to all sorts of restaurants and activities. Plus just steps and you're on the beach!
