This is a rare find that features a fully stocked kitchen, spacious closets, 10 ft ceilings, and high-speed internet. Chicago is #1 when it comes to dining, so guests can explore the over 50 local restaurants! This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The Space:
Our newly remodeled home is located in the heart of Pilsen, Chicago. It’s cozy but mighty! Its mainly open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. Hosting an event, photoshoot, or small gathering during your stay? Let us know so we can inform you of our special pricing!

The home is furnished with two queen-size beds and a full-size sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-5 people. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen, and more.

As I mentioned earlier, our home is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Overall the stay the was good!

Communication with the property host was stellar! Responses were prompt and the host was always friendly and super open and welcoming of feedback after my stay. I felt like the price for this property was VERY competitive given the amount of space, proximity to the city and the free parking. The place is as pictured. My only complaints were a few ants near the front door coming from the sidewalk outside (but the owner said they would address this for future stays!) and the fan not working in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise, the stay was great and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Convenient and Cozy

The title pretty much says it all, this location was centrally located and was very accessible, and it was really home adjacent. If I know anyone going to Chicago or if I ever come back I’d DEFINITELY recommend this stay!

Great value and location

The property was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was not noisy and you can only hear the upstairs neighbors when they go up and down the stairs. Not bothersome to me or the kids. We were just a few minutes from Shedd Aquaium and other activities. Great value!

Convenient parking, safe neighborhood and easy check in.

Although the check in process and convenient parking were a pro, there are some minor concerns. The noise level from the upstairs tenants is very loud during the day. The other minor concern is the shower, it is a bit challenging and slightly uncomfortable. Other than that the unit was great I would recommend for those that are actively driving while staying in the city.

The apartment was perfect for a group of us... Host made sure we were well accommodated. Itd bery chic. The decor was exactly as listing, rooms were a lil closer then i would have preferred but overall we had a great stay. Definitely would book again.

I was able to park for free in the alley. Even though it was near a busy street, it was pretty quiet and not busy.

Good space

The space was good for what it is. The main issue I have is that the host doesn’t give you much privacy. You cannot have guests over without telling them your every move. And if you do have family or a friend over they give you a curfew. If they stay past the very early curfew they charge you. The rug in the living room was filthy, parking is street parking and there were issues with the door code. Don’t plan on cooking while you’re there because there are no utensils pots or pans.

Pilsen is a gem

We didn’t know that Forbes ranked Pilsen one of the coolest 12 cities in the world when we decided to stay here. It’s pretty cool and has many hotspots. Even outside of Pilsen it’s close to everything downtown. The owner reached out many times to check in on our stay. The place is right in the heart of things and we took advantage. It’s a great layout and very cozy.

Comfy and Cozy

We loved the house, it was accommodating in so many ways and the neighborhood was amazing, we were sad to leave, the only little down side was the floors were not clean, we had to mop it before we had our baby on the floor. The carpet was not vacuumed too. Other than that it was beyond what we expected. We will booking more stays at this house.

Summertime Treat

We went to visit our son while he was in Chicago for his internship. Great location, the neighborhood was excellent and the neighbors were very friendly. The fans and air conditioning helped a lot. Beds were very comfortable. I thought the kitchen could have been a little better equipped. I brought this up with the owner and am sure it will be addressed. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. Overall the place was comfortable, nicely maintained and in a great location and neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Worst stay ever

This was my first and last time ever using the VRBO app. The glasses were platin and scratched all over , the blinds didn’t work , the rooms were far smaller than advertised. And the worst check in experience I’ve ever had !! They left me outside for 45 min while gong back and forth with me via email and text. I will stick to the other more popular site from now on

Laundry not what I expected, great communication

I didn't have any trouble finding the location. The main parking is in an alley right around the corner. It does make you feel a little uneasy to be outside alone after dark, but it is Chicago. A local told me not to walk around after dark. It's smaller in person than in the pictures, but otherwise it looks exactly like pictured. My real concern was the washer and dryer. I couldn't locate it at first, there were no pictures in the posting and I didn't see them anywhere. After inquiring, I was told they were in the basement. To get to them you have to go outside to the back of the building down through a locked door into a shared basement area. They require coins to use and had another tenants laundry in both the washer and dryer. You may not need them, but we were in town for a sporting tournament so I was relying on them and they were not available when I needed them. Nor were the details in the description so be aware. It was creepy down there and I didn't feel comfortable being there much less utilizing them. I do have to say that communication was excellent, I didn't have to wait long for replies and they were very pleasant.
