A Perfect place to come relax on your own, with your companion, or with your family. Nothing fancy just a clean and comfortable place.

Listing didn’t fully match what I expected based on the photos of the front of the house. Accessibility may be a challenge, as it’s best suited for guests who are fully mobile and comfortable with stairs. Aside from that, the place was decent and served its purpose.

Good experience overall

Stayed here with my friends for lollapalooza and had a good experience overall. Location is great which we cared about the most. There were some things left in the place from guests before but nothing major. Toilet has some problems and sometimes would have to wait 5 minutes before flushing again. Place is located on the top floor, and you do get access to backyard which is great. Owner is super helpful if any there are any issues.

I booked this stay coming to the city for a day to hang with friends , asked the landlord if it was okay if a few friends come over and he stated no. If I’m booking why not ? As long as they aren’t spending a night.

Jakyra, I’m sorry your stay at my Vrbo didn’t work out. I suggest next time you book a place you read the house rules and policies. Your RSVP was 1 adult, however, I made the exception the other two people with you (mom and sister) could stay because even after I waived the extra fee my objective is for my guest to enjoy their time at my Vrbo. I want to make it very clear that I didn’t allow a party. House rule #1: no parties. Best of luck!

Absolutely awful

Stay was great, but the phone calls and messages threatening me, then telling me to come back and meet him face to face so he can show me how a real man handles this situation? Seriously? All over dogs staying that I mentioned to him and have screenshots saved of it that he was ok with it. Sounds like he’s scamming for more money. Never using vrbo again if this is what they allow.
