This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 12. Enjoy staying in a modern, spacious country home 15 minutes from Perry Lake and 20 minutes from Lawrence and the University of Kansas.

Notes for guests with young children
Please note - the staircase is open, and not safe for young children (2 and under). If staying in the property with young children, supervision is required at all times around the stairs.

You will have complete access to the home and surrounding ten acres. The home sits in the middle of a large meadow, surrounded by woods and two creeks.
Other things to note
The home is off a long gravel road in a rural area.

Cell service in the home is limited. When not on wifi, the driveway or screened-in porch is the best place to make calls.
