Wonderful views!

Very impressed with the top floor views. Check in process was easy. The apartment was very clean and spacious inside. The location was perfect and allowed access easy access to tours.

Great location and best beach

The place was great for us. It could use some updating. New stove which we didn’t even need. Refrigerator could be updated next. Coffee maker was great. Views can’t be beat!Has a pool but why go there with that beach. Rental stuff is right there and reasonable. 808 store was handy. Would be nice, but more crowded, if the restaurant ever gets done. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Location

We have stayed in the Mana Kai many times because of the location. The units vary depending on the extent and quality of renovations. Accordingly, they also vary in the rate charged. This unit is quite dated but clean and reasonably equipped. Comfortable beds. The nightly rate is relatively low compared to many of the more recently renovated units so the value is reasonable.The views from every Unit in the building are excellent.The management company - AA Oceanfront Rentals was very responsive and good to deal with.We would stay here again if the price is right.

Location, location, location!!!

Want to wake up to sunrises and snorkel right off your beach? This is the place!! If you like to switch it up and try different beaches, this is still a great place!! You have a dedicated parking space, so there’s always a space for your car when you get back!!The unit has beach chairs and a soft side cooler for your expeditions. There was one boogie board and some beach umbrellas too! One bed is basically in the living room, so if you’re going with another couple…well…just know the set up.

Perfect location

Love this location! It’s as close as you can get to Wailea but still pay Kihei prices. This location is wonderful. You can hear the surf from the bedroom. Best beach and reef! This unit is a little tired, though, it definitely can use some updates, but overall very comfortable. My only concern was for the safety with the closet door in the hallway, it practically falls out, the beach chairs were broken and very worn. The management company was very responsive and followed up on everything

Primo View/Location

The seller was in the process of transferring maintenance of the unit to a property manager so there was some confusion about accessing the condo and closing when checking out. Beyond the delay in opening the unit and lack of instructions about closing, this condo has a top floor view of Keawakapu Beach that is truly breathtaking. Great beach access with tons of chaise lounges to veg out and take in the sights, sounds and smells of all that is wonderful about Maui. It would be a cramped unit for more than two couples but there are two completely separate bedrooms. We couldn’t get either TV to work (instructions!) which didn’t bother us. Make sure you do an extensive beach walk from the Mana Kai and experience the best of South Maui.

Right on the beach, yet protected from the wind. Condo was stocked with snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs, and other items to enjoy during the stay. Easy to text and communicate with the owners. Great stay. Thank you!

We can’t say enough about our stay here. Just perfect! You can’t get closer to the beach than this, and the views are just amazing! We loved our evenings on the grass watching the sunset with a glass of wine! Highly recommend!!

The pictures do NOT adequately display this property. Patio furniture is old and rotting!

VRBO you need to inspect the properties before lisiting, We were NOT sure if the linens were clean, they smelled musty. Place is in desperate of an update. It was DIRTY, have pictures of the dirt left on the tile floors, fans, cabinets and counter tops. Have stayed at other VRBO properties at they were very nice. Would have rented them again, were unavailable during our time. The closets were jammed packed with equipment and dirty broom, dust pan, mop, bucket? Paper towels and toilet paper were so cheap, and the papertowel dispenser was very old and missing its top. The refrigerator and garbage disposal are in dire need of bakine soda, the odor was so bad, like rotting garbage! Will NOT stay again for the price could have stayed at the Grand Wailea in an oceanview clean room.

We love the Mana Kai. Everything you need is right there. I wish I knew the restaurant had closed before we got there but I’m excited for the new restaurant going in.

Location is perfect

We had many properties to choose from and our choice to stay here was the right one. The view from the top floor was amazing. The beach access right outside the building made it so easy for the kids to come and go as they wished. Since they were ages 12 and up we could even keep an eye on them from the lanai. It can be very windy in the area, but the lanai is on the protected side and was always comfortable no matter the wind speed. We loved our stay

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved our stay in this condo. It was the perfect amount of space for us. Every night we slept with the door open and the screen door closed so that we could hear the waves. The beach was great and we even saw a turtle while swimming. We watched the sunset every night. It was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and kind with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend.

Great, beach front condo

Wonderful place to stay for a week in Maui. We loved the views and the easy access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the complex had a nice pool, yard and gym. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The decor was a little outdated, but who cares when you have the ocean to stare at? Would stay here again.

What a view!!!

The view alone will put you in a Zen state. Great being on the top floor. A great beach located right in front of the Mana Kai. Easy walk to the Kihei Boat Ramp where you can book excursions on the water. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival. Easy check in process. Having your own parking space is a plus. Owners were great to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. :-)

wonderful stay

The pictures don't do the condo justice. It was plenty of room for our family of 6, and we loved spending time on the balcony watching the whales. The kitchen is large and very well stocked. It was very convenient to have our own reserved parking spot as well. We wish we could have stayed longer!
