Longbranch #111 is a lovely condo located in the heart of the Historical District of Breckenridge. Decorated with rustic mountain charm you'll know you are in the Rocky Mountains. There are two bedrooms each with a king bed and an attached bathroom making it perfect for a family or small group of friends. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and is stocked with all the essential cooking utensils if you prefer to dine in. The balcony adds a ton of space to sit outside and soak in the sunshine and the views of the ten-mile range. There is a gas grill on the balcony and two sitting areas.
Enjoy a nice summer evening or cozy up on a snowy winter day outside by the gas fire pit. The club house is open from 10am-10pm where you can swim in the indoor, heated pool and relax in the big indoor hot tub. There is one parking space provided in the garage, please be advised oversized vehicles will not fit in the garage.
There is one outside parking space allowed as well. There are coin operated, on-site washers and dryers, located off the garage by the south side elevator.

We had a great stay with our family of 4. We loved the location and everything was within walking distance. The property was stocked with everything that we needed on our stay. The large deck/patio is very nice and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing in the evening. We were a little disappointed that there was not a grill and fire pit on a patio that large. I assumed there were based on the pictures and the property description. It was nothing to ruin our trip, just features that would have added to our stay. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We had a great time at the longbranch condos. The hosts were great and the customer service was wonderful. we were able to check in early which was very nice. Looking forward to another stay here! thanks for the hospitality.

Comfy stay with a great outdoor deck

Great location!

Thank you for our month long stay. We loved being in Breck for a full month. Condo is so conveniently located to Gondola, town and grocery store. Loved use of the ski locker and underground parking. Condo could use updated furnishings and all rugs really need a thorough clean. Despite this we had a great stay and thank you for having us for the entire month.

Great downtown location

Overall this condo was fabulous. So close to downtown...safe and easy. Biggest issue upstairs neighbors. Either they purposely yelled and stomped around or the building was very poorly constructive. Otherwise good vacation

Nice location and building

The condo was nice roomy and close to Main St. Like all the condos we have stayed in over 8 yrs of multiple trips a yr to Breck. Why so much oversized furniture? Log furniture is nice but does nothing to add to the stay except take up too much room. Also check in time should be 3pm and check out at least 11am.

Needed the maintenance guy to light the pilot for the fireplace as no instructions available for This or clicker/matches… due to holiday on Monday, we were 3 days without it and the windows were very Drafty! Upstairs people very noisy!! Otherwise nice size, location

Our Experience

Overall the area and comfort of the property were nice, but we had a hard time checking in. The check-in time was set to be 4pm, however, when we arrived AT 6PM, the door was open and the cleaning crew was inside and said they would need another 30-45 minutes. This was extremely bothersome as we had just arrived by plane a few hours before and were exhausted and in need of rest. We had nowhere else to go, so the 4 of us had to stay in one room while the crew hurried to clean the house. The rest of the stay was okay, like the wrap-around balcony, the heated garage, and fireplace.

Location location location!!

We loved this spot, loved the coziness of the layout and mountain decor, loved the well equipped kitchen. And wow, walking everywhere was awesome! One problem: there's no a/c but there is an unidentified heat source that is constantly warming the whole apartment, especially the master and bath. We used the secondary suite, but it was still too hot. We had windows and doors open as much as possible, but it's the first floor, so that feels a little vulnerable. Maybe the unit is adjacent to a boiler room? We couldn't figure it out. In winter, this is probably no problem at all, but even in the cool mountain summer, we had real trouble with heat! If this problem were solved, we'd plan to come back to this delightful spot.

NICE BUT WILL NOT RESERVE AGAIN

This is a perfectly lovely and nicely appointed condo. It is very clean and well taken care of. BUT the building where it is located is awful. It is a bottom unit so you will hear every step, stomp, toilet flush, and bathroom conversation from the unit above. The people staying there during our visit woke us up stomping and yelling at 5:40am our first day. It is a southwest corner facing unit so it gets very warm on those sunny summer days. Alas there is not one single ceiling fan to help circulate air or cool the unit off. We left the windows and patio doors open 24/7 with box fans blowing. The layout of the building with security doors is very inconvenient. Access to this very large building is in the complete opposite corner from the unit. It is quite a trek from the parking lot to the unit. (Garage was not open to us during our stay.) If loud upstairs neighbors or lack of cooling doesn't bother you, this very nice and centrally located unit will be fine for you.

Fantastic Location - loved the heated garage! Outstanding management!

Our stay was ALMOST perfect. Noise from above the only issue. The heated garage was wonderful, and we appreciated having it each and every time we came and went in the car. We did walk to main street for shopping and dining. We used the car when the walk was longer than a block or two. The only negatives that we found with the condo (and we were aware because of other reviews) was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was not excessive BUT was quite noticeable at the 5:30-6 AM timeframe when the upstairs guest would wake and begin moving around above the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable but firm. Pillows were in abundance but also firm. If you like soft beds and fluffy pillows; this condo may not be the best fit for you. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo itself is located very close the garage elevator which was very nice! There are multiple humidifiers in the condo already which were very helpful to us as Floridians. There were also two box fans which we used to lessen the noise from above. We were thankful for those. We did not have the opportunity to use the outside fire pit due to weather, but that space is quite large and would be very enjoyable the right time of the year! Overall, the stay in the condo was enjoyed. We also used the grocery delivery service that is available in Breckenridge. That was super nice, not having to go to the grocery store upon arrival. It was pricey but worth it! We would book this condo again!
