For your safety and convenience, the rooms have master lock entry, lamp and ceiling fans with adequate closet space in each room..

A flat screen smart TV is situated in the shared living room by the fire-place, where you can sit, relax and watch TV when needed..

Complimentary towels and soap are provided on first night.

Additional guest traveling with you may take up another room space, or shared room at additional cost.

2 Parking space in the driveway on the rear end of the property, available on a first come first serve basis. Additional on-street/curb-side free guest parking may be available by the street curb on the front end of property.
Only one guest can park in the driveway pads in in the rear of the property.

Lighted Backyard lawn space, to get out for fresh air.

Back porch has access to the designated additional parking in the rear, however, main access to the property is restricted to the backdoor entrance. Frontdoor must remain locked at all times.
