We very much enjoyed our stay. Communications were great. The place was clean. The hot tub was a nice feature. Everything was as expected. We would stay again and recommend it as a destination.

The property was exactly as indicated and very enjoyable and comfortable.The only issue is that Kicking Horse Resort was closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday. By the time we arrived we didn’t get to enjoy much. This had nothing to do with the property but something to keep in mind if booking out of season. Highly recommend Whitetooth Brewery and Turning Point Restaurant

Absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and setup exactly as described. Two minor suggestions - there were no condiments or similar items available. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO and not had anything avaiabe. Standard checkout time is 11am. I would recommend changing from 10 to 11. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

We had a really wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and private. Host was friendly and responsive and provided some nice tips on things to do in the area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed the gas grill on the patio. The spacious laundry room was a nice bonus. Location is excellent with easy access to Golden and Glacier/Yoho/Banff National Parks. Would stay again if we are in the area!

Nice first impression. Clean. Kitchen was understocked, no condiments....basics, no tea as i can't have coffee. we literally spent almost 300 on groceries for 3 adults just to get settled. Bathroom, tissue not enough for 9 days. We bought a 12 pack and left 2 remaining rolls. Beds were brutle. The double bed was difficult to get into, my husband is 70 and had a hard time. Needs a step. The living room sofa was so bad, i spent 100 on a self inflating air mattress just so my son didn't have back problems during our stay. All of the pillows are garbage. The screen door would stick so much that the handle actually broke off trying to open it. Tub is not user friendly for seniors. No grab bar or antislip mat for in the tub. My husband slipped and after that he would not use the shower. Neighbors for the most part were quiet but a few nights they could have used a reminder....jumping off furniture, yelling ect. No welcome feeling....had a better stay in a Calgary condo 2 years ago as far as comfort went.

The space was well decorated, very clean, kitchen cookware was in great condition. The hot tub was pleasant. The host was communicative.Checkout was 10 am, which is a bit earlier than my liking. But overall a quite enjoyable stay. I would recommend this host and location.

This unit had all we needed and was very clean. It was a little too warm at night even with the windows open in the later evening as it didn't cool off enough to cool the unit for sleeping but otherwise this was a nice unit with good communication from the property manager.

First time visit to kicking horse

Quiet and comfortable for two for a 3 night stay early June. Hot weather during the day, but evenings at that elevation allowed for a cool cross breeze with windows open. Much of the resort wasn’t open for summer yet, but just a 15 minute drive into Golden which had plenty of good restaurants. Takakkaw falls and a walk around Emerald Lake were trip highlights and must dos. Of note in the condo was the hot tub and bbq condition, both extremely clean and ready to use, which is not always the case with some rentals. Rick was quickly responsive to our couple of questions. Thanks!

Gem on kicking horse mountain

This was a very nice condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed so we could make breakfast and dinner (loved the grill) We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars. Rick the property manager was very helpful. We would definitely come back. I would suggest stopping at the save on foods grocery store before heading to the condo as we were to tired to drive back down once we arrived. The general store 5 min. Down the road had limited supplies and was quite pricey. After staying in Canmore and lake Louise it was nice to wind down and relax. We explored yoho, emerald lake and takka falls on our way to the condo, explored golden for a day and then drove through kootnay national park before staying in Canmore one last night before heading home. This was a lovely condo and we’d definitely come back again!!
